Not a good place to deliver here , checked in at 9:30 am got done at 2:45 pm , only 26 pallets and just one item to deliver and on top of that they wrote (12:30 pm )wrong check out times on my bills so they don’t have to pay detention. Couldn’t pick up my following load as I got late for my pick up because of these guys, my whole day wasted and lost $$$ . If you value your time and money strongly recommend stay away from this place .

Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst I never seen very bad and worst shipper in trucking industry. Never ever send a truck there for pickup.

12 hours waiting.i never cone again this place

Never came back this place my appointment 4:30 pm i am chek in4:15 , but two hours waiting in door 6 hour wait in loading time , all day waste , manger is too bad person

Had to do a delivery here, waited 20 hours.

Took 30 minutes to unload 10 pallets and 3½ hours!!! to bring me back signed paperwork

I will be letting Walmart know why their shipment is late.

Went there on time for appt. with a two days old washed out trailer, they said its got water in it need to go out dry the trailer and come back. When i came back after two hours , there was a note saying DRIVER LEFT !! They handle you an instruction paper which says do not wall around beside to use restroom. But when you ask them for restroom they refuse by saying “ you just got here “ ? Probably people working here are underpaid they hate their job. Or they are way to overpaid because they don’t respect other at all. ! Never coming back and if someone read this while im here on dock they can send me back empty , i will leave happily.

Big shoulder to pull over and sleep in front of the trucker’s entrance . Went for Live Del , Checked in with security girl ( very helpful ) . Unloading was quick.

I used to work here back in 2009. Horrible experience upper management were racist and they showed it. Upper management also pocketed alot of the owners money and eventually the whole management team including plant manager.

Nice place in and out. Got there before appt. and they gave me a door right a way.????

Six hours in the door. Check in before appointment. After all that wait, the smart pens will ask you "do you want to wait or do you want to cancel and go away empty?" If you wondering, I'm not the only one stuck in a door for a last few hours. I had to cancel following load because of it. !!! You better cancel the pick up in here, before you loose all hours and following load!!!

I haul dry bulk. I have been sitting here for 13 hour's. I am still sitting here. Unknown how much longer I will be here. There is limited employees to see what is going on and when I will be unloaded. I had 2 appointment times and both were hour's ago. Kip

The team here has humbled me in so many ways Everything in this factory has gotten better and is trending up wards .The Mangers at this point and time are understanding hard working people. Team work here is a strong point at this moment

Entry for semi truck ( pickup ) from other side CAMP DR. Clean bathroom and kitchen you can warms yours food if you like Frendly People let me stay to do my break

Slow loading..12 hours to load.. on top of that they lost my load straps...

Mexican people very slow worker and you must check every 10 min for your dock because they don’t want give you call for. Appointment means nothing, you will wait 3-4 hours...

After reading the reviews before going here to load I was a little concerned. I arrived a little before my appointment time and was promptly assigned a door. Less than an hour later I was rolling out the gate. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Andrew you are doing a remarkable job. Thanks for caring and trying to make your company a better place to go to.

Ok to load. Always go on your appointment time. Park on street. Scale on site. Clean restrooms.

Friendly staff and loaded quickly. I certainly wouldn't mind picking up here again.
