Stuff goes above and beyond to help with caring for your pets. They took the time to call to several pharmacies to make sure we got our anti seizure meds quickly. Vets take the time to listen and collaborate with you to determine the best care. Vet techs are very good with the animals and treat them with kindness.

Been going for years. They are always friendly with the customers and the animals. Sometimes they can get a little pricey but it's always worth it to have my dog taken care of. With other vet offices my dog has snapped at the vets, here, he has never once growled at them. I've been going to them for 6 years now. They care for my dog as if he was their own. BONUS: they have a 3 legged cat that runs around the office and greats customers. Best thing ever when you're having a ruff day (pun intended).

It was my first time. Staff was very friendly. The Vet took the time to listen to issues with my 9yr old dog. Prices reasonable.

The WORST veterinary hospital in Visalia. Staff are rude and not helpful at all . Dr. Cuswa is horrible. Very rude and did a horrible job on my cats spay. She should be barred from practicing animal medicine.

I would love to give this place a five star rating, but I'll address those at the end. First the positives, great vets and nurses that are open to all questions and helping with all your pet needs. I've taken my cats here for years now and they always feel like family, not just someone I'm taking my pets too when their sick. They genuinely care about my animals as much as I do. The staff is kind, warm, and inviting always working with me on the best care for my animals. Second, the prices for services is actually fairly good and reliable. I've never had an issue where I felt over charged. They are always very upfront with what tests and medicines will cost before you make the commitment. Now the things that make me pull a star away. The space, the front waiting area is always rough for my cats. My cats are always in a messy state after a visit due to the freedom dog owners give their pets. I've had dogs come right up to my cat carrier a bark scaring my cats, even when I try to stay away and show I'm trying to be off to the side. Yes, I know the staff can only do so much, but I wish there was more consideration or maybe signage to help setup general areas. I'm sure there are plenty of anxious dogs and other animals that could benefit from a quieter area. I'm also by no means against the other pets or owners, I can only speak to my experience with easing my anxious cats after a visit. With that said though, this place is worth those extra hours of petting and brushing afterwards and I'll continue to go here. Hopefully I can help encourage them to make those changes.

This was my first time in this office the staff was very kind and there focus was on each and every single pet with appt I was truly amazed about how the office was concerned about all the animals!!!! I was ver pleased!!!

New patient. Found the staff caring and helpful. The office appeared clean and maintained. Have appt scheduled for pet, lab work completed and risks of procedure discussed. Very professional.

So caring of pets. Had couple of dogs put down. Vet even cried. Love you guys.

They never answer the phone. The line is always busy and I have to go down there to make an appointment. Not very smart or safe seeing that COVID is a thing. One would think that a place where medicine is practiced in the 21st century would have a working phone number, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Companion has always taken very good care of our animals we’ve even had to put an animal down there in the experience was very grateful and even the people that work there were very caring about that whole process we have two Rottweilers and they have taken very good care of both of them Mrs. K is a great veterinarian you couldn’t ask for better staff or people much appreciated.
