My dog loves her! Does a great job!

I had two experiences with her. The first wasn’t too bad. I didn’t love the grooming but it was ok. The second, she returned my dog with another dogs collar. Couldn’t reach her until the following day. She said she’d send it in the mail & should arrive the next day. She failed to keep her word & decided to drop it off a week later. When speaking to her on the phone she was very rude & raised her voice. Extremely unprofessional.

Best call I ever made was to Susan's. She is fast and my dog totally loves her!

They’re good at dog grooming, but really bad with showing up on time, or showing up at all. Plus no communication when they’re not showing up.

Tried to make an appointment but the woman was incredibly rude on the phone. She certainly doesn’t care about getting new business. Just awful!!

Unprofessional service: No notice was given for cancellation by groomer, original appointment that had been scheduled. Rescheduled appointment, groomer was 1 1/2 hour late. My dogs were groomed extremely short causing a cut under one of my dogs eyes and both my small dogs have skin tags that were cut on their backs causing dried blood. Dogs were put in backyard after grooming and one of my pets was given a kick to go. All recorded on my home security cameras. Extremely upset and disappointed in the service my pets received.

Not very nice and unprofessional. I can only tell you of my experience with the initial phone call. She hung up on me! It is my first time checking into a mobile service so I had questions. I should have known by her curtness this was not going anywhere. I was willing to wait 4 weeks for her first available appointment but when we were scheduling a time, there was no guarantee time of arrival. In fact they give themselves one (1) hour for margin of error. I understand traffic and delays but that seemed excessive and when I asked about it, she hung up. Guess she doesn’t need new clients. Happy to find someone else who will care for my sweet little Yorkie.

Suzanne's Mobile grooming is awesome with dogs and cats I highly recommend her, she love's them like her own pets. She has done my dogs and cats for years and does an awesome job.

Suzanne’s mobile pet grooming is the best choice I have ever done. She is a very professional, a hard worker and a VERY trustworthy person who knows the ins and outs about grooming animals and does an AMAZING job! I would definitely recommend her business to anyone and everyone who is in search for a groomer.

No show and never called or responded to my text messages

Suzanne is a savior! 8pm and both of my dogs rolled in a nasty carcass of something! Unwilling to bring them into the house, we called Suzanne to see if she could come the next morning! She said she'd come right away and groom them so we could all sleep peacefully! She happily groomed both dogs at 9 pm without any complaint, and with great joy and kindness! Tonight my family, pets, kids and parents, can sleep well and inside! Thank you Suzanne! You're a hero!

Suzanne and Nicole helped me out in a pinch, last minute and after hours. My spaniel mix left looking great and much cleaner than he started. Thanks ladies for the great service!

Our two Great Danes have never looked - and smelled - this good before! Suzanne and her daughter did a fabulous job bathing them, even the older one with his Wobblers syndrome. Both dogs loved all the attention, not to mention the warm water on this rather chilly day; I love what a happy experience it was, and won't hesitate to call Suzanne next time the pups need a bath or a nail trim.

I've had five surgeries on my right foot, and on the fourth one, I had to be none weight baring foe three months and not able to drive; so I started searching for a Mobile Pet Groomer. I ended up choosing Suzanne because she made herself readily available. I was very pleased with the cuts and grooming my two dogs got and her service. They are always dependable and if they are late, they will notify me. I will not go back to my regular groomer because this is so much more convenient for me, and I always get the grooming I like. I think it is harder to be a mobile pet groomer; but these two ladies make it look easy!!!
