I used to enjoy entering the shop to purchase my dog’s special food. They were so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming so many years they knew what I needed and would get it for me from the high shelf, which I appreciated because of physical limitations. Now I feel unwelcome and they act as if they don’t know me. They point to where the food is and I have to ask for assistance each time and explain I can not reach up that high which they already know. I dread having to go to the shop now. I understand the mask think but it seems to have killed customer service and just plain old friendliness. Sad

I used to love this store however the prices have tripled since last time i was there so good products but outrageous prices

My dogs need 'rare meat foods'and this store has it. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Plus, the company gives credit quarterly depending on how much you've spent.

The selection and food is good and great quality. Customer service could use work as well. I always feel like I'm burdening them just by shopping. It feels as though they just want you to get out as soon as possible and when they ask if you need help/assistance it seems more like a "So when are you planning on leaving?" type of tone. I attribute that to the store being mostly empty when there's no customer rushes and the employees like having the alone time so it seems.
