We love Dr. McNeil. She was our regular vet for our sweet dog, until he passed away at the age of 14 last summer. She was the very best person to provide end-of-life care for him, and our very difficult decision went as well as it could have because of her sensitivity, flexibility and compassion. We even brought her a sick bird from our garden once, when we didn't know what to do with it, and she was happy to help. Now we have a newly adopted dog, and there is nowhere else we would think of taking him for care.

Best veterinarian in existence. She loves your animals more than you do. You cannot go wrong taking them to her she has taken care of all of my pets for years. Even exotic animals. She is an amazingly wonderful person.

This vet is extraordinary and fantastic. I am so happy to have found Dr. McNeil, she truly cares about animals and does everything she can to help them and help YOU help them! I have been taking my uromastyx here since March now. Dr. McNeil showed me how to care for her at home and she still has a long ways to go, but she is slowly getting better. She not only showed me how to care for her, but also provided me with the necessary resources to care for her. Although she showed me how to care for her, she has still been available to see at the office if I had further questions or concerns or needed help in any way. I am hopeful with this vet's help my uromastyx will live a longer, healthier life. Again, I am very grateful to have met this vet, i was nervous when my uromastyx grew sick as it seems hard to find reptile vets around here. Thank you!

It's hard to good a good bird vet so I drive 45 minutes just to see her. She does a great job with my African Grey and handles him with care even though he is aggressive.

Janet McNeil is my regular vet. She is wonderful very caring with her animal patients and their humans. Her staff is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend McNeil vet.

Please, if you have pet rats take them to Dr. McNeil! She is compassionate and VERY knowledgeable about them and other exotic pets, and has so much experience. She is a hidden gem, and her office is quiet and welcoming. Only wish I could give her more stars!

Dr.McNeil is such a down to earth, compassionate person. I am a pet sitter and at times need emergency help. She has never not called back, no matter how busy she may be. I had a scare with my own pet Molly. At 9pm day before Thanksgiving she was returning my call and walking me through symptoms of my beloved pet. I thought stroke, or spine. She asked questions and we found out ears. She gave more than her time. I love this vet and prices more than fair. Highly recommended.

Caring loving staff. Dr McNeil is awesome. She's doesn't charge enough in my opinion. Not for what she does.
