This is the best place to board your cat(s) in Ventura County! We had two cats (pumpkin and spice) that needed to be boarded for three weeks. My girlfriend and I used the app Rover to board our cats for a few days and long story short, it was an awful experience. We then found Kittyland Resort. They had fantastic reviews and also loved the fact that they only board cats and no dogs. Once there, we were greeted immediately by Carri the owner. She was so nice and caring and we instantly knew that our cats were in good hands! She made us feel comfortable leaving our cats with her. When we picked them up, they were as happy as ever! We highly recommend this place!

We boarded our 2 cats at Kittyland Resort when we left town for a long weekend. Our regular vet hadn't resumed their boarding services following the pandemic, so we were forced to look for a new, cost-effective and safe place to board them. After extensive research and phone calls, Kittyland Resort turned out to be the place for us. The owner Carri and her mom, Sharon, are very friendly and loving individuals, and we were very comfortable leaving our cats with them or several days. One of our cats is over 14 years old and requires daily topical steroids to be administered. This turned out not to be a problem, as Carrie and Sharon were very experienced with applying medication. The cost to administer medication is $2 per day. Deluxe condo’s offer top & bottom rooms with 2 shelf resting areas in each condo, private litter box area and a private enclosed sleeping area. Unit size is approx 4' X 7'. Kittyland can accommodate older or injured cats by offering a side-by-side configuration of the same size. A single deluxe unit of any configuration costs $26/night, while 2 cats sharing the same unit costs $34/night, and 3 cats per unit costs $42/night. Some of the features of the boarding facility include: + Immaculately clean and healthy environment + Custom built playroom for fun and exercise + Music, cat videos and plenty of human interaction for entertainment and affection + Meals served 2x a day (or more if required) and litter boxes changed out daily at each feeding or more as needed + 80 gal fish tank for kitty viewing entertainment. + Air purification system installed to insure a healthy environment +:Special units for our elderly kitty's and our more larger kitty's to make it easier to move around the condo unit I think you'll be pleased with Kittyland's service and offerings. We definitely were!

We have boarded our Manx cat, Dorie at Kittyland for years. We have left her for as long as a month and she is lovingly cared for. She always comes home clean, well fed and happy.

Kerry and her staff treat visiting kitty's like their own. The "condos" consist of multiple spaces and are always clean and fresh. We've had our kitty's there for several years and wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Our cats are part of our family and having to leave them behind when we travel is never fun. Luckily, we have Kittyland Resort. We know our furry ones are safe and well taken care of when they stay in one of Kittyland's condos. They are fantastic people who love cats too!

Exceptional service. I required long term care for my cats during a move and they took care of everything completely. I ran into an issue where I was unable to drive my cats to get a health certificate prior to travel and they offered to drive the cats to the vet and get it taken care of. Excellent place for the cats and would definitely use them again for any boarding needs.

The best place for your cat to stay if you're going on vacation! We dropped our cat off at Kittyland Resort for a long 4-day weekend and it was an overall incredible experience. Clean and roomy cat hotels. Very kind staff that you can tell loves spending time with cats. Our cat will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you!

What a wonderful place for cats who have to be away from their humans! Carrie is a wonderful, loving caretaker and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Definitely the best place to bring your furry feline friend if you have to be away from them for an extended period. Would definitely recommend this place.

First time taking our fire kid there while we went out of town. He was treated well by the entire staff. Will definitely take him back again

Always bring my cats here for boarding. Kittyland is clean, no smells and great service. They get lots of playtime out of there ample size Kitty condos. there's lots things to climb on run on and cuddle in. They are never stressed or sick when they come home.

This place is great!! They only board cats. Clean and great area for cats to climb and check out. Never worried, my two cats would be there for up to a week and weren't traumatized ever!!

The owner, Carri, provides a safe; super clean; and neat place for your cat. If you want to have a worry-free out of town trip, send your cat to Kittyland. Highly recommend.

Owner Carri loves kitties and I love the way she takes care of mine! Everything is so professionally handled, the boarding rooms and "kitty condos" are meticulously clean, and my kitty is not even stressed when he comes home! He has been stressed when boarded elsewhere before we moved to Ventura several years ago. My kitty hasn't stayed anywhere but Kittyland since then, nor will he.

Just moved to the area. Kittyland is a cats only boarding facility that seems to do everything right. The whole place is clean as a whistle. No cat box smell at all. That is quite a trick given the number of cats there at any given moment. Carrie has cat runways all around the ceilings, a fish tank for kitty TV and the condos are spacious with separate little rooms for the litter box. Best cat boarding facility I have been to.

Our kitties were well care-for and the space is truly a cat's dream.

My kitties have been there twice now. I feel so comfortable with Carrie and Cory taking care of them. My girls are well cared for with plenty of space and entertainment. The entire place is immaculate and even smells clean, no small feat for a cat facility. My girls are happy and relaxed there and I can see that the owners really care about them.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go on vacation and doesn't want to leave their cats at home with a cat-sitter or someone who just checks up on them. This place is extremely clean, the cats are well fed, get exercise, and have spacious kennels. The owner treats all the cats as if they were her own and takes such good care of them!

Kittyland Resort and Spa came to my rescue recently when we were traveling from out of state. Our motorhome broke down requiring five days in the repair shop. My cat Archie was getting a little "owl-ly" with all the commotion and dishevel and so we decided to board him. What a great facility and great people to work with -- they were accommodating and helped to get Archie set up and made him to feel right at home. The cages are roomy and have different levels to move around in plus a free roam time that includes plenty of stimulation including cat trees and a cat walk. I would not hesitate to board Archie there again if ever needed.

Carri is the best. She really loves the animals and treats them like her own. I know our cat will be taken care of. I recommend Kittyland highly.
