Al’s Mobile Grooming service was the nicest dog groomer I’ve ever had for my dog! They came in a beautiful Van complete with everything you want to take care of your dogs! My dog had 6 inch long hair, I asked him to take her to a summer cut and she came out of there like a brand new puppy and she’s 14! She smelled so good she was so happy! They took extremely good care of my dog Emily! And I will use them all the time!

When asking to make an appt. for Charlie (a Cocker spaniel & included a picture) a week in advance; this was the reply: We charge 90 for a cocker spaniel. That includes nails pads teeth glands ears trimming privates bath hand dry natural cologne haircut scissoring and bandana. We need to dry cockers by hand and they retain water. We do have a couple openings left next week After agreeing & asking what was available got this response: How about Friday the 24th arrival window 9:30/10:00? We would need your full name address approximate age of your dog and your dogs name too please? Confirmed appt time & info required. 4/18 @ 2:26 got this message Just a reminder of your appointment Friday the 24th arrival window between 9:30 AM and 10 AM is that still good for you? Again confirmed appt & asked the preference for payment (Hi Al, what method/form of payment do you prefer? Cash, Debit or Credit Card, Venmo?) 4/24 @ 9:55am - he arrived and said he would wash and shave him all over and when we explained we wanted a Cocker cut he said he couldn't do that. We then said ok just wash and the other things agreed to & he said it would be $75 just to wash and dry no clipping. Asked if he could just shave around his mouth & tail & he agreed. Took Charlie & went to the truck. About 15 minutes later he knocked and said he shaved around his mouth & tail, trimmed his pads but he did not have time to bath & dry him; that it's not worth it having to pay his helper $25 & insurance/workers comp. I took Charlie in the house quite upset & thought about it then sent the following message & replies: 1st it's very disappointing to have waited for the appointment & for Charlie to not have at least a bath. I understand time required to wash & dry... can you please come back and at least wash him? Him: I'm sorry it would take 2 hours to give him a bath and to dry him. I already did his nails pads teeth ears glands trimmed up his face and his tail for free Me: We aren't asking you to dry him completely And I dont expect anyone to work for free. How much time did you have allotted for this appointment? Please... Will still pay $90 to bath & whatever the time you had planned on for his appt. less the work that you already did. After waiting about an hour sent "Please respond" His reply: No thank you

They did a great job with my little Sadie and Queenie. Great communication with what was going on and dogs smelled and looked great after the washes.

This place is a joke. I texted to see if my dog can get washed. They replied back to say - we are booked for the next several weeks. I told them they need to think about expanding. What goof balls.

I have 2 maltese and so high maintenance. It helps me so much. Once u become a client u can set up your monthly appointments. I searched for years for a dog groomer that was mobile. And they didnt have room for more clients. He said yes right away. And in a few weeks my doggies were so clean and happy. Thank you so much.

Al has been grooming our dogs for 17 years now. He does a great job every time. I wouldn’t have anybody else groom our dogs. He is very good with animals. His van is very clean.

I just had a horrible experience with At Your Door grooming service. My four months old Maltese had his first grooming. After he spend an hour in the truck I got concerned and knocked on the door. I found my dog's body shaved, no nails were cliped yet and groomer was working on cutting my dog's facial hair. When he was showing me how not to hold the dog's head because it will hurt the dog, I told the groomer that I do not want my puppy to be hurt, the groomer "lost" it. While not completing his job, he handed me over my puppy back saying that my dog is not meant to be for his services. Is it a dating service or a grooming service? When I asked him what did he do for an hour, he rudely replied that he was taking advantage of. Really strange and unprofessional behavior. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. When I was going back home, he was still fuming and shouting at me, and that after getting full payment of $ 70.00. However I am still wondering why I paid him?

Al is the best! He’s been grooming all my dogs for years. And now I have a Blue Heeler and she can be a real pain sometimes, but she does so great with Al and his assistant. He’s very gentle and handles dogs so well. It was affordable and done in a timely manner! So much better than going to a shop for hours.

AL and his team are awesome! Been calling him up for he past few years for hair cuts, washes, nail cuts and he always does an amazing job and great prices too! Very compassionate to my dogs and treats them so well, they always have a great time with him.

This guy is as professional ,and as knowledgeable as they get in every aspect of his love for animals and his job will highly recommend him in every way hands down the best .
