This place is fine but the wait is ridiculous. I made an appointment at 6 and didn’t get taken in until 7:30 so I had to wait an hour an half in my car. When I make an appointment I want to be taken as soon as possible.

Really fast service and my dog is already feeling better the next day. The main lobby and the rooms are pretty no frills but I like that they're focusing all their efforts on the care of the animals.

kined caring will explain to you everything my dog was hit by a car and hurt badly they checked him and explained everything going on answered all questions i had .hes going in for surgery thursday for 1/ 3ed of the price that another place wanted that didnt evan xray him .

Best vet by far. Staff does care for your pets. Super busy spot so expect long waits.

My pet died cause of lack of care, they had no problem taking my money Dr told me to call next day for results i called and he was off for the next two days. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

Cold. Zero empathy or compassion. My mother in law took her senior dog there to get vaccinated. She noticed her dog wasn’t doing so well after- questioned it. They said she was fine. Took her home and she got worse. They rushed her back to the vet and her beloved dog died in her arms!! And when they called the office on their way- telling them she wasn’t breathing - the staff had the audacity to say they were too packed. That’s it. HORRIBLE.

We had to see this vet, because it was Labor Day weekend and most vet offices were closed. The vet was so mean and cold to our dog. He looked at her for two minutes and said she needed surgery for her ruptured gland. We asked for different options but he refused and was so rude. We paid $80 for the two minute exam and left. We took our dog to Encino Veterinary Center the following day. The vet did NOT recommend surgery. They said standard procedure for a ruptured gland was to clean and flush and treat with antibiotics. They were kind to her and took their time and gave her a thorough exam.

Dr. Pitt and his staff have always been amazing and caring.

After multiple vet visits where the doctor prescribed three doses of antibiotics, they finally did an X-ray and the doctor assured me that my dog didn’t have cancer, only megaesophagus. Went to Access, did a ct scan, found that my baby has nasal carcinoma. This place was a waste of money and time. Go anywhere else.

After going to many hospitals taking my baby for emergency and turned away from all. Except Access in Woodland hill. Just to pay $2000 up front for nothing. They wanted $7000 to start treating my dog. I was lost I got numerous numbers just to be turned away. The last number I got was Mid Valley. Tranfered her there they charged me $1000 up front for lodging med care insulin and all labs. Less than what I through away in the parking lot of Access. They took care of her. I lost my dog but they gave me a discount . Helped with cremation. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff that attended My Monkey Baby Dr. Pitt, Jack Gabriella and Kimberly.

I took my emergency dog ​​and a nurse attended me her name is Carolina and it was a great help I was in 4 veterinary clinics and nobody helped me and Carolina in 15 minutes got me a clinic that attended to my BB Benji is the name of my dog ​​????many Thank you Carolina, God bless you, my dog ​​was saved

My baby puppy Quesito was in need of a surgery to correct his dislocated hip. I called many different vets and Mid Valley Vet was able to diagnose and take Quesito in for surgery just a few days after I first called. I'm grateful to all of the staff, who all treated my baby with the best care possible and for a reasonable price. Will definitely come back, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! Quesito is recovering well now!

My dog hurt her eye and had bad diarrhea! my regular vet wouldn't take her in for almost two weeks! I was going to take her to an emergency vet but decided to call here last minute because why not?. They took me in immediately (had a walk in policy which most vets don't have), it was a short wait and Doctor Ock was great. I'll definitely visit again!

Dr Pitt is an excellent Vet. Always listens to my concerns. Since they are still following Covid guidelines, you will have to wait in your car until they call u in

Most of the staff is nice enough, but the experience we had there gets the low rating. Had a mix up (on their end) which they admitted to doing, and were still going to charge us to restart a shot series on our puppy. We have since left, and the new vet actually treated our dog for what was wrong and found problems that this one had overlooked. Now they will not respond to our pet insurance company so we can get a claim completed. Do not recommend going when there are so many other good vets in the area.

I took my puppy in because she was acting lathargic. They took very good care of her and diagnosed the problem right away.

The veterinarian, Dr. Rios, is terrible with large dogs. He was rude to me, indifferent and unfriendly with me and my dog, who had a serious bloody nose. He offered no diagnosis and did NOT perform an exam. I did get antibiotics and corticosteroids, after my own diagnosis. I have never experienced such poor quality care, but HIGH prices, at a veterinary clinic. NEVER returning. The office staff seems like a disaster is happening, was unprofessionally treated and wait time is way too long for the high prices.

Doctor Wong Kim refused basic ear exam and does not offer any assistance to examine your dog, give all sort of excuses. Wanted to order a bunch of useless tests to waste your money. At least the front desk staffs were all very nice.

my dog was extremely ill/pain and could not take him to see Dr. Pitt Pitt because they had no emergency available appt. Had to put my doggy to sleep because he was too much in pain and too old. ????

I had an outstanding experience here all because of Steve. I got a last minute appointment thanks to Steve for proitzing me and my dogs needs. He was super welcoming upon arrival and super helpful with my dogs teeth. I will be returning just because of the customer service and experience from Steve.Thank for all you hard work and care at Mid Valley hospital Steve!
