The Dr came in and said to Halo hey lady theres no yelling in here she was quite a d i love Docs personally receptionist friendly the poor nurse took a beatimg from Halo but the nurse used her abimal loving heart and made friends

Initially loved their customer service and gave 5 stars, but.. I had to take 2 dogs in (separately) for urgent issues and had x-rays performed on both dogs. They ended up requiring surgery but CS doesn't have an ortho surgeon on staff and scheduling this surgery would take weeks. I had to go elsewhere. But when I called, AND the new vet office called for the x-rays, they were never sent.. for either dog! I paid several hundred dollars for those x-rays.. for 2 dogs and they should have forwarded them. I ended up having to take more x-rays at the new place. So, so disappointed in them! ????

Place says 24 hours and it’s closed by 12:55am I need to reload my card to get my room for my birthday weekend so yeah hate it

I am not sure if I like this place. We had a first vet visit and vet said my dog is fine. But when I sent xrays we had she said yes, there is a problem. Then I emailed her back my questions and I still haven't got any answers! We really hoped to settle in this veterinary hospital but seeing how they don't get back to me and say one thing one day and another thing another day makes me feel concerned.

Took excellent care of my cat and helped explain to me what steps I need to take to care for her better. Lovely staff and very helpful.

Best vet in the area, well worth the drive up the hill to Valley Center. Doctor Hofler and her staff are the best of the best. Their services a very reasonably priced and they always give you options. I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else!

I've taken my dogs and friends' dogs to Countryside Veterinary hospital in Valley Center numerous times. They have a lot of vets on staff. All of the vets I've seen are very knowledgeable and sharp. You can discuss all options and they take everything into account. It's a GREAT vet clinic.

Dr. Deb Hofler has been my fur babies Vet for 15 years. I've had several doggies and every single time she has helped me with all of them. She is an amazing human being, kind, caring, full of compassion, knowledge, patience, and has a big passion for her profession, simply, the best! Recently I brought my precious senior teacup poodle, unable to wallk, I was carrying Hershey around like a rag doll. i thought the time to say goodbye had come. Dr. Hofler wrote down a prescription with step by step instructions to give little Hershey a chance to fight. Knowing I had no money coming in, the charge was very reasonable and included a can of specialty food which was key in Hershey's recovery. Dr. Diane Stephens and Leslie, amazing human beings as well, were fantastic during my visits to Countryside. Today I'm enjoying my little Hershey's recovery every day, thanks to a caring vet, Dr. Hofler.

This is the best veterinarian I have ever been to. Both doc care and adore your animals and they don't recommend services just to bring in revenue. They recommend what is best for your pet!!
