Petco Vallejo, California

Recently took my Pee Wee in for Grooming. I was very pleased and Pee Wee was very happy as well.

This shop carries a large selection of pet items. They have a groomer and are about to open an attached veterinary center. Parking is always easy.

Didn’t have exactly what I wanted. Wondering if Petco can special order certain products not in stock

you sell live animals which are kept in rediculously small cages.During my last visit I actually saw cats in cages so small they could not even make 2 steps in them with just a few vent holes. It would be better to neuter and release into freedom rather than what you practice. Other animals are also kept under terrible conditions in your store.Pet stores should not be involved in keeping live animals but stick to selling food and other supply pets need.

Fed up with product constantly out of stock.

This store has grooming staff who are rude and selectively service certain animals. . .I do not recommend this store for your fur baby. . .????

The staff is always very friendly store clean great experience every time I go.

Petco is great place to find what your puppy needs, just the prices are somewhat higher than online or that they are not clearly labeled in the stores.... September 18, 2021 This is an update that is more geared towards their website not the employees at the local store. I left a review regarding their petpals rewards to let Petco know about the current situation of the petpal app/websites inability to locate the nearest location to me when I enter my zip code which now forces me to physically go to a Petco store to make an appointment as when I try to make an appointment over the phone they don't pick up. So I have a petpals rewards account and unable to use the appointment calendar for a store that is 5 mins away from me, instead it forces me to book to a store 20miles away. After leaving the review, Petco decided to not put it in their review page, Petco sensorship. So Petco are you going to resolve this issue? I will update the review once resolved.

Knowledgeable staff, store is clean and well-stocked. Large selection of dog food, treats, toys and accessories.

They tend to have what you need in stock, on the rare chance they don’t have an item, they offer to order it for you. In addition, the staff there is very nice and very patient.

Cool quiet place. You can shop in piece and if you need help they will be right over to help you..

Everything I need for my pets is @ Petco. Nutrition & Grooming are my 2 main reasons for shopping at Petco. Always great customer service and the pets love it too!

I got fish to clean my fish, Book an appointment with a dog cleaner dog groomer. The service is exemplary

It seems the world is going to end and everyone has to hoard stuff that Petco triple's their prices. A 16 oz flea shampoo was priced $32? When you ask the cashier what was in it, he gives you the look as if you're bothering him while having his tea. smh

The groomers are poorly experienced in customer service and possibly procedures. They're always booked for full services.

Had my dogs nails cut.tech was real good with dog. First time my dog got nails done with them.she was very patient and showed care for dog.very nice professional with me.

The worst customer service. Staff at front desk do not know requirements/ protocols for pets for grooming. Very unprofessional and I just waisted my time
