I wouldn't take my animals back to this vet if they paid me. Pure gross negligence. They milk you at every possible opportunity. I took my dog in for a limp in July and they did a full x-ray series they sent it to a specialist they did the physical examination and they couldn't find anything. As soon as I brought the dog home I found a huge 1-in thorn in his foot, the vet did not even check the foot of the leg that the dog was limping on. $700 thorn, wonderful, and they would not refund the physical examination. I didn't even ask to refund for x-rays my dog was needlessly exposed to. Then last week I called in for them to fill a prescription and they refused stating that the dog had not been into the vet office for over a year, the last appointment was in July of 2021. It is January of 2022 5 months is the shortest year I've ever lived. The dog had gone there for about 2-3 years or of convenience and it was ok for the first bit. When I called them on the mistakes they brought up that the vet had had open heart surgery last year. Well I am unimpressed. When you are a doctor or a vet you need to be in working condition at work or you need to stay home and anything else is unethical. I don't really want to sit here and write a longer novel about it, but let's just say I'll be looking into reporting them to the veterinary medical board because it was that bad. The final kicker was they refused to send over my dog's information to the new vet like they said they would (I asked to be copied on it to make sure it went through) and it took the other vet calling them multiple times to get any action.

caring assistants but rushed vet, possibly a little greedy. brought my dog in for a regular check up and to have blood exam done. staff was very friendly and professional during our visit, and Dr. Singh was prompt and on time, however he seemed to be in quite a rush. i think he did a mostly good job, except when he started selling me prescription dental chews before even GLANCING at my dogs teeth. i asked him to examine the teeth and he was concerned about being bit, by a frenchie LOL. if you need a vet and these guys are available go for it, but don't expect tip top care. was told $50 for exam and $50 for lab blood work, of course a few things were added like a fecal exam, next thing you know its over 350 :-/

I have taken all my pets to Broadway Pet Hospital for several years. I always get professional, kind, and caring service there for a reasonable and competitive price. I recently had my dog’s, Hari Krishna, teeth cleaned there and they did a great job for less than half the cost I was bid by other vets.

I was referred to Broadway Pet Hospital by a fellow nurse friend of mines and I’m so happy he did. I’ve been going here for about 3 years since my dog was just a pup. The staff and Doctor are very kind and professional. The prices are fairly reasonable. Nothing else like it in Vallejo. 5 stars highly recommend bringing your furry friend!

Called today at 8:25am to see if I can get my dog in due to a scratched eye. Explained looks infected, dogs in pain and may have to be put down. Was told sorry no appointments for today. How can a vet not care about its patients when the dog is nearing 16 years old, and in pain? Horrible. Turn away a patient in pain. I can understand if he wasn't in pain with no possibility of being put down. But that was not the case. Horrible. Clearly they don't care or have compassion anymore. It's sad. We have been going to this for awhile. No more can't trust in emergencies!

I took my dog in today because he had been limping that morning. He was put under sedation, even though he had already had a sedation tablet, given an xray, even though the doctor found no signs of broken bones, abrasions or punctures. And given oral antibiotics for what was diagnosed as "agitated hot spot" The total bill was $645.....for a hot spot. Then at around 7pm the veteranarian called me at me home and yelled at me because I had paid my bill and then mentioned to his vet tech. That I would likely not be bringing my animals to them Anymore.

The staff are helpful and friendly and they are taking necessary precautions to keep their clients safe during the pandemic. Their services are sometimes pricey, but it's worth it since I know my dog is always well taken care of. My 7yr old dog has gotten all of her checkups and grooming from this location. She is a happy and healthy pup.

Dr Harry saved our baby and for this we are so greatful. He doesn't try to push treatments and will only prescribe what is necessary.

Front staff is very unprofessional. If you care for your pet, do not bring them here. I had to take my dog to the overnight emergency pet hospital in Fairfield due to their negligence. I called them on the phone, they wanted to “make things right”. The lady on the phone pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere...

I called every vet in the east bay, including my supposed vet, and not a one would even give me an appointnent for a new born kitten abandoned. It took five minutes at Broadway and saved this beautuful animal. Forever will remember only this veterinarian and excellent caring staff! Price also was not gouging! True advocates for animals. Thank you literally for saving this gem!

Had to stay outside, they came out to get the animal and take it in for care and then they returned it to the car.

I got the impression that they are more caring with dogs than cats. The veterinarians were always adequate, but slightly dismissive when I brought up some concerns for my pet's health. Also, it's the only place that sells flea pills for cats that work for a whole month.

I gave two stars instead of one because I do really appreciate one of the employees, the young man who actually listens and is caring and personal toward pets and their people. However, I've had several bad experiences here lately. My family went to this vet for years and I have five pets and have been taking them here for years also. I agree with the reviews that said that the doctor (I think it's Dr. Harry) is very brusque, in and out of the room. He seems efficient but does not stop to communicate with you; it feels like he is in a hurry to get to the next client and you are an inconvenience to him. Recently, the regular doctor has been away and they have had multiple substitute vets. My ten-year-old pitbull has cancer, failing kidneys and hind leg problems. Because of frequent urination, one visiting doctor prescribed me $60 antibiotics, but then a few days later, another visiting doctor said, "I wish he hadn't done that. Your dog didn't need them." But he wouldn't refund the money and told me to keep giving the antibiotics anyway, and told me to buy probiotics (from their clinic) to balance it out. Two times in the past few months, I waited up to 45 minutes in my car waiting to be called inside after checking in on time for my appointment. I finally asked them to please inform me if they were running so late, as I live a five-minute drive away and would rather be at home than in a car for so long with a sick dog or a stressed-out cat in a carrier. Lastly, and worst of all, yesterday my dog was scheduled to have his "end of life" appointment. I arrived 4 minutes late because it was difficult to get my disabled dog into the car. I called to check in and told the receptionist it was my dog's "end of life" appointment, and I was lectured in a snooty tone by the receptionist, who said, "Well, now we are going to have to let everyone else in ahead of you." I told her that it was hard to load a disabled dog in the car and that at my previous two appointments, they'd made me wait 45 minutes in the car with a sick animal, with no notice that they were running behind schedule. I said, "I'm sorry I'm 4 minutes late but my dog is about to be euthanized and I don't need a lecture right now." I left, and called All Creatures Veterinary Clinic, where the receptionist was so caring and compassionate and listened to my whole story without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I will be switching all 5 of my animals and no longer going to Broadway.
