Great office personnel and great Vets

A vet that upsells like crazy and never actually is available for emergency’s they just want to do routines.

We have been going here for years. Always a great experience, knowledgeable, listen to our concerns, and on time.

I’ve taken my dog to a few different vets here in Valencia and this place surpasses all of them in quality care. My dog is handicapped and they take such good care of him here

Great follow-up- love this vet

They're great. The system they have set up gives you all the information you need. And the vet will call you &go over everything. I used Avian vet, she's there 3 days a week.

Loved my experience here! The Technicians Assistant Maddy took very good care of my cat Boots who was having trouble going to the bathroom. The staff is all super nice and will be defiantly be going back!

If you live your pet this is where you want to take them when they need a vet. They care!

I started bringing my parrots here since the avian doctor locally retired and what a perfect experience. Nail and wing trims without issues and the doctor was incredibly through about their exams.

Dr. Wheelbarger is a phenomenal doctor. She cured my cockatiel from eating metal back in 2008 while she was in a different clinic. Anyways she’s here now and possibly the best avian doctor in the area. I brought my same cockatiel, of 17 years to her last month and she diagnosed her with unfortunate gout and renal issues. My cockatiel passed away 2 days ago but I felt the comfort that I sent her to a very knowledgeable vet. If you have any feathered friends that need help, this is your best place in SCV. Thanks for your help Dr!

Very friendly stuff. They really took care of our dog Cosmo. The doctor was kind and took her time to explain everything. It's hard that we had to switch vets through the pandemic since we're not allowed to go inside but they did their best to make this process easy and comfortable. Cosmo is recovering beautifully.

Unfortunately I am editing my review sadly...we have find a new vet due to some issues we had here. They have become sloppy, cold and just uncaring.

So far my experience has not been great. I took my puppy in for a possible UTI. So I paid for the 24 hour test and a 3 day culture. I have called three times in 2 days since my test results were to be in and I have received no answer. I feel like they have ripped me off and should only charge me for the 3 day culture since tomorrow will be the 3 day and I have no results yet.

I took my guinea pig Crossiant and I will most definitely go back! Staff is super sweet and friendly! The Veterinarian is AWESOME! She was so gentle with my baby and you can feel how much she loves her clients!

Love Dr. Ronchetto and her staff! They have loved and cared for my fur baby from day 1 with absolutely no issues or bias towards my beautiful pitbull princess! They are the best and I highly recommend them!!

This is one of the few places in the area that treats chinchillas. Unfortunately mine had become incredibly sick. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience much easier. The vet I saw was also incredibly helpful and discussed a variety of treatment options with me so I could decide what was best for myself and my pet.
