My dog is elderly and has some medical issues. Your team was very accommodating. Everyone was professional and did a great job.

Kind group of folks that are adaptable and good at their jobs. We had a family emergency and had to travel and they were able to squeeze Us in and make exceptions and go above and beyond for the customer. Our darling Carol has allergies and they were able to give her an oatmeal bath and trim her toes and she was more relaxed for the experience. Tales of the city dog salon makes for happy doggos!

The staff is wonderful. I wasn't able to bring Rocky in and the staff was kind enough to come out to my vehicle to get him. When he was ready they brought him out to my vehicle.

Shelby is amazing with my pug. Not only is she great at shaving my pug, she is also extremely nice and personable. I trust her with Lulu, and that means a lot to me.

I'm happy with the results and it seems like he does ok while he's there. At least he gets a good report card so I hope he actually does do well when he's there.

My dog Holly has lots of medical problems and is 16 years old. Tinamarie does a fabulous job and is so kind. Holly looks sooo cute when I pick her up. I have been using Tails of the City for about 10 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Jason does an amazing job with Bodie. It's been hard to find someone to cut his hair the way we like. We also appreciate being able to get on the schedule with shorter notice.

We are new to Tails of the City and I must give Tina Marie lots of hugs for the gentle care and darling cut she gave Jorja. When I picked up Jorja she was not stressed after her stay. I will continue to go to Tails of the City for grooming.

Molly looks good. Love how you did her face. Molly is 17.5 years old and rarely do we hear her bark or show any spunk. She did that day when she got home. We are very pleased. Aloha

The groomer (Sera - not sure how it’s spelled ) was attentive when asking what I wanted done. She was professional, timely, and did an outstanding job. Coco looked great after she finished.

Our groomer Sara was amazing, we love taking our pups to tails of the city because we always get such fantastic care and our girls come out beautiful!

They took good care of our boy! He's very untrusting as he came from an abusive home, but they managed to gain enough trust from him to do everything!

We have an almost 15 year old poodle who doesn’t enjoy getting groomed. Sara was an excellent groomer, Sierra (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly!) at the front desk was awesome. Our poodle seemed happy after the service, which is unusual for her!

Although very stressful for our fluffy cat, Shelby did a fantastic job. This is cooler for our cat, less shedding hair, and most importantly it is easier for him to groom himself. Very happy with the service for our big fluff ball.

My senior dog has been groomed by Shelby and he comes back a happy little guy. He has no hearing and blind and gets startled easy. Shelby makes me feel comfortable when he's there.
