This vet is fantastic! I always feel relieved when my dog is seen here!

I'm oh so upset with PAWSH. I had a couple thousand Perks points. I wanted to have my fur baby grommed and was told all the points I had are expired. I was never notified of this and I'm disappointed with that lack of information not being shared. I was never told that Perks would ever expire. I won't use the services of PAWSH anymore, they're not trustworthy.

I so thankful that I can take my fur babies to a safe place where they can be cared for with love and that they are totally taken care of. Dr. Celina and her staff are amazing. I have to say I really love the new sysyem of waiting in the car with your babies and I appreciate that the tech calls you and asks if you have any other questions or concerns for the dr and goes over all the pricing and options then they come get ur pets and when it's done the dr calls and gives you you rundown and answers any questions you have. It seems so seamless and I don't get stressed out having my babies in the waiting room with many other pets who can be unruly at times.. I just really love this new system put in place for the pandemic.. I love how much Dr Chancellor loves my furbabies???? she takes such great care of them both. I also love how the staff uses my pets names and they seem to know everyone's pet. Pawsh seems very reasonably priced but I really love how they help all the emergency animals that come to them even knowing they will not get reimbursed. They truly care about your pets.

Made appointment for my puppy, over the phone was given a price quote of $80, for 2 shots he needed only. My 28yr old son dropped of our puppy. Ended up to be $185.26!!! At pick up. This is what they texted me, because no one answered my calls after that: “We cannot give an exact quote until we do an exam on a patient. If you called to get prices on various services, that is not an exact quote, that is provided after the pet is seen and we do not proceed until we get the owner's permission. It appears that we did everything we were supposed to and were up front with cost. Maybe you shouldn't send your son if he can't make those decisions for you.” The person texting me when back & forth arguing about her exam fee, which when I finally spoke to some over the phone never mentioned a new service fee for new clients, I made the appointment for 2 specific shots only!!! The person by text argues at the fact they gave me a discount, our puppy had exams I didn’t ask for and of course was charged for them. Things I never mentioned about to get tested etc…the text responses were unprofessional and argumentative from them. Very very unprofessional. Never did I get a text of “I’m sorry…let’s try and make this experience better how can we help” nothing just argued and told me I shouldn’t send my adult son? Bottom line the texts were long from them and very unprofessional, never will I bring my fur babies to this place again.

Took our new puppy, Waylon, in for his 2nd immunizations and look over. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Met with the doctor and she answered all my questions knowledgeably. Very pleased with how we were treated. Set up our next appointment!

We are beyond greatful for the swift action Pash took in providing emergency surgery on our pet companion. Profesional and friendly the staff kept us informed on every step taken to ensure her safety. A follow up call the next day, with text messages. Highly recommend for any and all Senior dogs or pet companion. Pawsh will provide excellent service

Surgery on dogs knee. He’s like a whole new dog. No more limping he’s happy, wants to play, he’s great. Surgery went well everyone was so nice, and he’s healing great. Surgery on cat years ago, same thing. Thank you Pawsh. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life horrible horrible staff. I highly do nstu recommend them and they are very very unprofessional they don't even deserve one star.

Dr. Hatt and everyone at Pawsh are incredible. They are all so kind and caring. They take the time to explain everything in detail, listen to all of your questions and concerns, and they will work with you to come up with a plan. Dr. Hatt and her team went above and beyond to help save my little girl Cookie. I could not be more thankful for them and I promise you will not find a better vet and team anywhere. Absolutely would recommend them to everyone.

I greatly appreciate the staff and all that they do. Especially during these trying times. I can’t thank Dr. Hatt enough for the time she spent talking with me about the treatment plan for my dog. She’s had some pretty significant health issues these past few months and It’s really reassuring that Dr. Hatt takes the time to really listen.

Took for ever to give me back my dog

Multiple times I've waited over 20 minutes for someone to attend to us after checking in early for our appointment. This wouldn't be an issue if they were busy, but the past few times I've waited, I was one of two people there. The response from the personnel here hasn't been very good lately.

Excellent care! Professional and personal. My Siamese cats are cranky customers, and under Dr. Cole's care, there were expertly handled.

They are very friendly, nice. And they treat your pet like their own. I got very good care. My dog under went surgery they kept calling all the time to make sure my was feeling ok, and how is he doing. I love this place. Thank you for taking very good treatment for my pets Susan Dunsavage

Dr Hyatt has been taking care of my pets for years and I would not think of going anywhere else. The staff takes the time to deliver that extra personal touch and they go above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience with every interaction! If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur-family, Pawsh is the place you need to be!

When we first moved to Vacaville, I resisted coming to Pawsh, because of their name. I thought it was a super fancy place, and I am very practical. I want a good vet, that knows what they’re talking about, and won’t suggest extra diagnostics to make money. I want a friendly, truly caring staff that understands cats, and my love for my fur babies. Unfortunately, one of my kitties became very ill, and with other reviews I went to Pawsh for a second opinion. After several visits; several returned calls within an hour to reassure me, update me on diagnostics, giving me several options of differing price ranges and invasive ness, the home visit to let my ill kitty go, all the compassion, the app for appointments and direct line to Vets, I am very pleasantly surprised and mind changed. I am so appreciative of everything they have done for us. They do have a wonderful boutique, but they are so much more, at reasonable prices. During Covid, they have a great, easy to use system in place, extremely friendly and thorough despite changes to in-person appointments. I cannot think of any feedback to make my experiences with Pawsh better.

We' were hesitant on taking our baby, due to bad experiences in oakley n Brentwood area. We have to say that Pawsh Place Veterinary is the best., Dr.Hatt has a forever patient with our baby. The staff is very professional as well as caring. Thank you a million times!!

Brought my puppy for her 1st exam during this quarantine and everything went smoothly, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They have a curbside system which was neat I waited in my car and the tech came out to get my puppy for her visit the doctor called during the exam and I was able to ask questions regarding any concerns. It was a great experience.

Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Due to COVID pandemic, care for pets is "drive-up" and the system was safe, smooth, and efficient. Follow up call to check on my pup the next day was a nice touch.

This review is solely on the grooming side and not the vet side. Probably one of the most horrific grooming experiences of my life. I've brought my dog here before and had an awesome experience with the groomer Ellie, who I found out moved away unfortunately. I was then hesitant to bring my Aussie here as dogs with an undercoat need special consideration. It took about 1.5 months to get an appt. (Probs cause of staffing issues and COVID) which I had no issue with... but when I dropped my dog off, what I got was definitely not what I expected... the groomer (Kayla) had pretty much buzzed 3/4 of the dogs hair. EVERYTHING was uneven, patchy, and she didn't even do the dogs head. I believe they did give him a bath but it seems like they didn't brush him at all when they returned him. And all that cost $100. I would be extremely hesitant to bring a dog there that has long hair. Especially one with an undercoat. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I bring my dog to the groomer...
