Mountain View Veterinary Hospital Upland, California

Mountain View has been such an amazing vet. Dr. Lopez and Dr. Dempsey have treated my dogs APPA and Momo for near a decade. They lovingly assisted in the end of life services for APPA in 2020 and although that was a difficult time they treated me and my family with Grace. They continue to treat momo and every time they are able to explain what is going on or investigate to ensure that Momo has the best treatment without breaking the bank. The entire staff has always been so friendly and prompt especially during a pandemic. I thank you all for being such an important part of caring for my dogs to keep them healthy and me happy.

Was there to get last booster was quick and easy process took only but 20 minutes

I took my 16 year old senior cat here, not because he was ill, but because he was getting to the point of being unable to groom himself and had become severally matted in places. I couldn't help him because he would only let me brush unmatted areas, so I reached out to these professionals because I felt it affected his overall health. The whole staff was wonderful. From the receptionists, to the doctor, to the vet techs, it was a great experience for both my cat and I. I had such a good experience I'm going to start bringing my dogs here too. The office is a clean, calm environment and they do most everything onsite. Highly recommend!

I called in quite a panic yesterday because my 2 week old baby kitten hadn't pooped in almost 4 days. The staff and Doctor saw us rite away and had her back out to me in 45 minutes. The staff was amazing and even the Doctor came out to hand me some information amd educate me. I will never take my "baby" any where else. I just loved the whole experiance????????????

So, I made a call to ask questions about the operations of this veterinarian hospital. The receptionist that answered the phone was very rude. I wanted to know if they had a vet tech that comes in on the weekends to check on the animals that are there. She said no, that they have a receptionist that comes in and hands out food and medication. I responded with, so you do have someone that comes in on the weekends? No, we do not have a vet tech that comes in . I could hear her attitude on the phone. I asked if I had to leave my dog there overnight, and she completely cut me off. She said we don't keep animals overnight. Sorry, but the rudeness of the receptionist, the fact that they don't keep animals overnight (even if they're sick/hurt) and closed on Saturdays and Sundays, completely turned me away from wanting to do any type of business with them.
