I only bring my pets here grear dr and the staff is unbelievably awesome

My sweet pup seemed to have a seizure today and I was unable to get to my regular Vet in Chino. A friend had found this office and left me a good recommendation so I called and they fit us in immediately. My baby was nearly gone by the time we got there 15 minutes later but he was immediately given an injection to keep him comfortable and he passed away without pain. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion we were shown and will be taking the rest of our babies here from now on.

Was 1st time there I really liked it. The staff and doctor came out to car to talk to me I was gad I was able to see them

I never knew about this hidden gem. And I pass by everyday! Found them online while looking for a vet for my pet for an urgent matter. The staff and doctor were amazing and so caring. They were able to see my fur baby right away! They are not like other vets in the area who make false promises and want to charge you an arm and a leg! Decent prices attentive staff, what more can you ask for!? This will be my new vet for my fur baby! Thank you Foothill Animal Hospital! I will be gladly referring all my friends and family to you!

I want to thank the whole staff at foothill animal hospital it all starting with me taking my boy Ozzy in he wasn't doing good within 5 min of me taking my boy in the dr. Baz rite away told me he was sick and needs to see a specialist. So rite away they gave me 20 different numbers unfortunately none of them were unable to see my boy. I decided to put my boy down because he was in critical condition it would have been selfish of me to keep my boy alive. Any who the moral of the story is that I never knew vets that cared so much about what they do Dr. decided to give me a call the next day and check on Ozzy. It was too late I had told him I put him down. He apologized to me and said it was for the best, and I have thanked him just for calling and checking up on him. Then week later the staff sent me a card with there deepest sympathy thank you foothill animal hospital for caring for my Ozzy ????. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to this animal hospital. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ozzy was our everything. Sergio Anna Dr. Baz Much love and respect ✊ too you guys❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would...sad

We have gone to this veterinary hospital for years. We couldn't say enough good things about the previous doctor, Dr. Flores. He was so caring, and took such an interest in our family and our pets. the new doctor, Dr. Bajwa, I do not trust. We got a dog at the end of April and took her in to update her shots, I didn't realize it was Dr. Flores had retired at that point, and there was no interest in the new doctor to say hello. I didn't think too much of this, because of COVID people are keeping their distance. A month later my dog got allergies, and I took her in again. I paid for the office visit, and medication. The next day I realized that she had an ear infection. So, I took her back. He had me pay another office visit, even after I questioned why it wasn't caught the day before. When I got home with the medicine I realized I didn't know if it had already been given to her, or not, there had not been any instructions on how to give it (I'm new to having a dog and giving ear drops was a little overwhelming the first time). My husband called back to get answers and was told by the doctor that he had noticed it was red the day before, but he choose to not tell us. This is negligent. It made my dog be in MUCH worse pain then necessary, and he got an extra office visit payment. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DOCTOR!!! He just wants what is best for himself, not your animals.

Dr. Flores is the best, takes care of our puppies very well.

I can't say enough great things about this office and its staff! Dr. Flores and his wife Jackie are unfailingly kind and generous people and they truly care about the animals they treat, but they are also amazing to the owners! I have never had my pets cared for so well, or been so well educated by the doctor on what is going on with my pets! Armed with more knowledge, I feel empowered to take better care of them. One amazing thing is also how good of a deal they always give you! Everything is so reasonably priced and they never try to charge more than is absolutely necessary (unlike some vets who seem to want to get rich off of just one patient).

This is the best experience I have ever had, I’ve been to A LOT of different animal hospitals/clinics and there was always something wrong. It was always either the staff was mean, the veterinarian didn’t answer my questions, the assistant was careless, the place was dirty etc. But THIS PLACE was perfect. The place is super clean and nice. The receptionist was so lovely and kind. The vet assistant was also very nice and made me and my dog obiwan feel welcome. Dr. Flores was the best doctor I have had. He answered all my questions/concerns, made me feel safe about leaving my dog. He is very professional and I can tell he really cares about his patients. It was just an overall amazing experience. The prices were also very good! I have 3 dogs, and i pay for all their treatments and everything with my mall job. So I’m happy I found this place because otherwise I would have had to somehow dig up 1,000+ from my dad lol This is forsure my only vet for my 3 dogs from now on. :) I will be recommending this place to my family members and friends.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. Their prices are cheaper then any of the surrounding areas vets. Definitely the best place to take your animal

They do a great job with are dog and are new puppy. Cut his hair for the first time and was very pleased even Though he was being uncooperative..

It's such a shame. I really tried to give this vet a chance, but our whole experience here was just bad from start to finish. We adopted a dog from a shelter about a month ago. He came home with what we thought was kennel cough, but a few days later we realized it was something more serious. We looked at vets near us and this place was close by and seemed to have decent reviews. So we took him in, they did an x-ray and said he had Pneumonia. They prescribed us a ton of medication, and sent us home. A week or so later, the symptoms were still there. So we took him back, they did another x-ray, and he was still in the same condition. So they suggested he be hospitalized. We hospitalized him for several days, costing a ton of money, and continued the same treatment. It seemed he was doing a little better after this, but once we brought him home he declined, then got better, then declined. A big red flag was that after he came home, he was wobbly and his nose had hardened. Realizing that was much more serious, we took him to a different vet and they diagnosed him with what they said was an obvious case of canine distemper. It didn't even take this other vet 5 minutes to diagnose. He said most of the meds he was on were useless and probably just making him feel sicker. It's such a shame, because all the support staff there is great. All the vet techs are kind and caring and understanding, but the doctor is short, rude, and does not do a good job of communicating. It seems crazy to me that a vet would not be able to diagnose a disease like this, or even consider it given his symptoms. This place might be good for basic care and minor things, but it seems that serious cases don't get the care they need here.

Dr Flores and his staff are awesome, I have been a client for now 5yrs for my furbabies and he has treated all of them. I trust him with the care and know that he goes that extra mile that he'll do all he can for my furbabies. I would and do recommend him to all. Thank you for being very compassionate with each one of my furbabies.

Such nice and friendly staff, who truly care about your dogs (pets) wellbeing. The doctor always finds ways to make your visit the least expensive as possible. He understands how expensive these visits can be at times depending on your pets condition. One thing you can count on is his honesty. He’s a straight shooter and will tell you what you need to hear as a pet owner. I’ve made several changes to my “parenting” due to the doctor. I’ve had such a great experience and recommend it to everyone I know. It’s Highly Recommended!!

Dr. Flores and his team treat you and your furbaby like family. They give you options on care which helps a lot. They are amazing and you can tell they really love their patients.

I love this place! Every time I go in I am greeted with kind smiles and happy energy. Dr. Flores is very intelligent and found a way to help my dog’s limping. Prior to Dr. Flores, I had been to multiple veterinarians to find the cause and solution to his limping, but none of them were able to help. Because of Dr. Flores, my dog is now limp free and is experiencing no pain. Thank you to everybody at Foothill Animal Hospital!
