I wasn't happy with the way my phone calls were handled regarding my dog that was there for cremation, I Called twice wanting to know if you could get a paw print for me because of the way she prepped. I'm a grown woman I could handle the truth, it may hurt like hell but I would have understood the situation but I had to have my friend call instead.

They were fantastic, caring, and cost conscious... Thank you Yokayo Team for caring for our fur babies.....

I have been using this vet service for several years and they have always been just exactly what my pets and I needed each time. Often I can say they are extra good both in personnel and quality of care for my fur buddies. An addition since my last review. Just to say the they are all still Great with my pet and with me. Still 5 stats or more!

Today my elderly pit swallowed a bone , it lodged sideways in her throat...they immediately got us in...and I am humbled as they said no charge. Thank you Yokayo .....for the wonderful care. Mocha has stage 4 cancer .....and she is 9. She was back home in 60 min.

They are very thorough, and caring. The staff keeps in mind all aspects when creating a plan for your pets health. They really do care about your pet. Sara was amazing. Kaya has been going to them for 12 years and I haven't found another that can compare. Thank you. Ruth Chisam

By far the best experience ever! I was stressed for my cat, but they got me in as soon as possible! Very sweet and kind to my cat.

My dog was mailed to death and the vet at this place took pictures and insisted I see them. Also this place gave my information to someone who said they were paying for the services rendered. I paid in full that day. Not very professional or caring people.

They are always professional and very friendly. Most importantly, the dog enjoy everyone in the office!

We have taken our pets to Yokayo Veterinary Center for many years. We have always been extremely satisfied with the care and compassion that everyone who works at the center shows our pets and us.

Let's face it: it's hard to be in veterinary medicine on a good day, much more so when under ever-changing Covid-19 health regulations, in the midst of the largest recession since the Great Depression, and over-inundated with pet cases in an under-represented, rural area. In spite of all that, Yokayo continues to serve inland Mendocino County and does their best to treat their patients with compassion and in as timely-as-possible manner. I've had the good fortune to be the guardian of multiple special-needs pets over the years--and I say good fortune because in spite of their health issues, they are some of the dearest pals one could ever have--and consequently, visit Yokayo fairly often. We've had a number of good vets over the decade-plus we've been clients with Yokayo and are grateful to their staff for their kindness and treating our pals to the best of their ability.

Prices are way to high.

What a joke???? you try to make an appointment Here and trust me it will take at least 3 weeks just to get seen. Secondly they don’t even let you go in with your pet so you don’t know what’s actually going on and then they charge you for extra stuff you never asked for or agreed to be done. Trust me take your pets to Santa Rosa before you waste your time here ????????

Dr Merrit explained in depth what was being looked at with Belle and explained the previous dr's notes which were not explained to me. The previous said early kidney disease without saying what that means. I appreciate the few minutes that were taken to explain what the numbers mean.

They were very calm and caring in the face of our emergency, and responsive to our emotional states as well. Me and my family were treated well and made welcome in a really dire time.
