Wagly Veterinary Hospital and Pet Campus - Irvine & Tustin Tustin, California

Boarded our dog for the first and last time here. Requested additional play times, a bath, and specific feeding instructions, only to have the play times and bath not included. Recieved food back in a bag which should not have happened if feeding instructions were followed. I am concerned our dog was neglected and not only did not receive attention when boarded but also not fed while he was there.

My buddy Maverick loves when He gets to go visit His buddies at Wagly, He always comes back smiling.

My Frenchie LOVES this place! All of the team members are kind and friendly. Drop off and pick up time is very fast, perfect for the parents that have to drop off their dogs before and after work. My puppy will be attending daycare 3-4 times a week! :)

Good service Offers variety of services for your pets

We used Doggy Day Care service. Our dog had a GREAT time. When we go back tomorrow our dog's new boy-friend should be there. We are relieved.

First Time boarding our big dog. Price was fair and she seemed well taken care of. We asked her how her stay was and she didn't say anything bad soooo. All and all we'll be back next time we take an extended trip.

The only decent human seems to be the doctor which she's off Saturday Sunday and Monday the staff is rude they hang up on you they tell you they can't take appointments and they turn it around like you did something wrong unbelievable worst customer service I have ever experienced horrible staff I wish I had the individual people's names this is the one in Tustin CA. You imagine not taking the appointment and then accusing you of being rude and then hanging up on you I have it on recording and a witness that was with me do not trust this facility they're in it for themselves zero animal concern they're in it for a paycheck you can tell No Love.

Tried making an appt and they dont have many openings. The vet staff is gone all weekend. Had my dogs nails grinded and they looked the same as when I went in. I had to pick up a prescription for him from another vet and called on Thursday; they said it would be ready Tuesday but the other vet hadn't called yet and they would reach out. It's now Tuesday and no one followed up and his prescription wasnt ready when I went in. I just had surgery myself and it's been hard enough just to get up and get ready to go anywhere. They said it would be ready sometime today and I could go back for it. I asked for a time frame and she didnt have one and said it could be awhile. We went all the way back home and I laid down to rest and then they called saying it was ready. I could've just waited for it instead going back and forth. I already transferred locations, hoping this one would be better. The first time in and I'm already disappointed. Definitely looking for a new place when his membership is up.

Love Wagly. They are more expensive than other places but they really care about their animals

The doctor was arrogant, not pleasant with degrading manners towards my concerns. Did not do a thorough evaluation and didn't make me feel confident that my dog is in the right care. S

Quite happy with this place. Took our mini-poodle there due a limp in his front paw. Luckily nothing serious, but the veterinarian called us and took her time to explain to us our dog's condition. There was no pressure for added exams, x-rays or plans, even though we were told of these options. The pricing was reasonable and the staff quite nice. They later emailed us all the details and added food and care recommendations and even followed up with a call the next day. I highly recommend this vet.

If you want your dog's ears being infected and having a second round of their face being scabbed up from being shaved way to close, go with them. My dog will never go to them again. NOT EVER !!!!

Locked my dog in a kennel for 4 hours! I took him to play! And they didn't even notify me before!! ????

I took my cat there for the first time because I saw an advertisement saying their first check up was free. I had some concerns about my cat’s diet that I discussed with the vet, but she assured me that my cat is healthy and suggested probiotics and a specific cat food, saying that she’ll email me the details. Firstly, I never got an email. Secondly, when I went to pick her up they asked if I could do the payment over phone. I reminded them that the first check up is free and they told me that because she was being “treated” for her poor appetite, the visit would be charged. I asked what treatment they’d given her because they told me she was healthy and didn’t diagnose her with anything, only giving me suggestions. At that point they were like alright we’ll bring her out and there will be no charge. Very unprofessional, they went against their own advertisement and tried to charge me without anything being wrong with the cat. Be careful!

Had to put my cat in daycare due to a fire by my house. Wasn’t able to call ahead due to phone connection issues. They were nice and didn’t charge too much.
