These people harm animals, and they were very disrespectful and unreasonable towards me with a very low sense of tolerance towards my frustration. Their staff lazily draw assumptions about people and personally insult others despite their concerns. Stay away from this place.

Dr. T is the best! She has been working with my cat for over a year. He’s older and has developed various illnesses. She’s always looking for a way to help him without going to the extreme. She’s very caring and loving to him. I’ve really come to depend on her advice and care. I highly recommend!

We have been taking our schnoodle Noah here for years. Dr Taketani is an amazing vet. She is conservative and only recommends testing if absolutely needed. She is very responsive and truly cares about our dog. We take Noah to Jason monthly who brushes his teeth and oversees his dental needs. We’ve been coming to Jason even longer as he worked with our other vet until it was closed down. He’s very good with our dog. Freddy is a great technician. Can I also mention the office staff…very professional and efficient! We love Stephanie! Overall we give this office a 10+!

Dr Leong is very thorough. She also takes time to explain my dog, Cookie's condition to me. It helps to relieve my anxiety and worry.

Seeing Dr Takatani for the 1st time. She has been amazing. Especially with Covid happening. She called and explained all that was needed. You can hear how much she cares in her voice. We are waiting for some tests, but truly happy we have found this place. ❤

Dr. Leong is so caring, knowledgeable and wonderful with our pets! She also has a "pet hotel" for your animals when they need to be boarded. Her staff is wonderful, as well! Highly recommend her for care and for peace of mind when they have to be boarded, away from you. Thank you Dr. Leong and staff!

Vet herself is very good. I felt my dog got a good medical evaluation and treatment. But possibly made promises her staff wasn't able to do or felt like they didn't hear me begging for help when doctor had promised .End results my precious little girl dog is dead now . Not going back again .

This vet was referred by 3 different people to get second opinion...my maltipoo was diagnosed by former vet with chronic kidney disease and estimated 12-13 months to live. That was summer 2018. Tustin Care has helped my 15 year old Daisy through heart and gastrointestinal disease, glaucoma, and hypertension. The latest remedy to maintain her blood pressure appears to have given Daisy more energy and heartier appetite. The family teases about renaming her Rambo for her newfound rambunctious and feisty nature.

Dr. Leong and Dr. Takatani are both wonderful and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The vets address the underlying issues and not just the symptoms, which actually means fewer vet visits. They all work really hard to make your pet's visit as low stress as possible, which is particularly important since we can't go in with our pets due to covid-19 restrictions. I must pass a good 15 different vets to get them (I live 2 cities away), but they are worth it.

I was recomended to Dr Leong by a friend who also has a small dog and prefers sensible holistic care. I was somewhat surprised when she reccomended my 8lbs 3 year old terrier mix rescue with trachea issues to undergo the anesthetic dental (since they offer both that and the non-anesthetic option) but after she explained the reasons why it was better suited for her in detail, it made total sense and I agreed to do it later that week, even though I was still super nervous of putting her under anesthesia for her first time (with me at least). Well.. 3 days later her teeth are now sparkling clean, her gums are no longer red, and she is running around as if nothing has ever happened. She was a little groggy the first night but back to her normal self the next morning. I really appreciate Dr Leong really taking her time explaining the pros and cons of both dental cleaning methods without ever being pushy during our initial physical appointment (50% off for new patients!!) and making me feel comfortable in trusting her and her staff with my precious baby. She uses different sized anesthesia tubes to make sure trachea is not compromised which is not the case at all practices. I’m so glad we went with her practice VS the much more expensive (some 2x+!!) options that I looked into elsewhere. I felt like it was a great mix of the holistic care with proven vet methods. All the staff I encountered were very sweet and educated and I appreciate the multiple follow ups to check on my baby and make sure all was well! They also sell raw food options and the practice is very cozy to make the experience as comfortable as possible for both the pet and the owner. We’ll be back the next time we’re in town!

They have the cheapest puppy vaccination deal that even includes 2 doctor visits, nail trims and are really friendly.

The BEST veterinarian and staff ever!

This is the only vet anyone should be visiting with their furry family members. Dr. Leong actually cares about pets and their health and well being. So many vets these days seem to care about profit and their business more than the pets in their care. I get it's a business, but swindling and bullying pet owners into emptying their wallets seems common place now. Tustin care animal hospital is the only practice in the US I've visited where I completely trust my pups are in safe hands. I chose them because of their knowledge of nutrition and wellness but got so much more. The staff have excellent bedside manner and are very gentle with my over dramatic poodle, and are very good at handling my lab with nippy tendencies. Thank you tustin care animal hospital!!!

Been taking my dog here for almost 11 years. The veterinarians and their staff are wonderful and take such good care of your pet

My dog actually wants to go to the vet. She has terrible allergies, so we are there a lot for fine tuning food and getting shots. When we pull up, her tail goes up and starts wagging like crazy. Both doctors here are warm and caring, they both have an innate sense of how to make your animal feel comfortable. They are great at making me feel comfortable about doing my best for my pup, when not all the circumstances are ideal, and I always leave well prepaired with our next steps. Additionally the whole staff is kind, caring, and awesome. The groomer is fantastic as well.

Love this dr and this place!! Dr doesn't push meds, tests 1sr then go from there!! She is my new vet!

Hands down the best vet! My dogs have been under that care of Dr. Leong and her wonderful staff for the last year. They are the most compassionate and knowledgeable people. I would not trust my animals with anyone else.

Dr. Leong is a very knowledgeable vet who treats your pet holistically. Instead of just treating symptoms, she promotes your pet's overall health. You can tell how much she loves animals by her calm and reassuring demeanor. She is the best vet I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend her!
