The staff is great. We had to put our "cinnamon" to sleep and they were so gentle with us and completely understanding.

I took my cat in in 2020 they did blood work and said she had arthritis. I took her to a different vet in 2021 and they said she had a tumor in her stomach the size of a tennis ball. She died 2 weeks later. Does a tumor grow from pea size to tennis ball size in a year??

The vets / assistants are great but the waiting time is abysmal. But as a final resort it okay.

My cat had an emergency late on a weekend night and our regular vet office is closed on the weekends. We called around and other emergency vet hospitals had over a 6 hour wait! But we were only at Taylor Vet Hospital for maybe little over an hour. The visit was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful.

1/2/2022 2:20 AM The lady who took my call was incredibly insensitive, condescending, and unprofessional. I live in Stockton and after calling around locally with no success (some emergency clinics are completely closed due to short staffing and some are just extremely sketchy), I was referred to this hospital from the Standiford location. The lady who took my call was aggressive right off the bat and inquired why I was even calling this location when I am in Stockton. I explained that I did not want to take my dog to a local clinic with so many recent bad reviews (who would??). In response, she said that everywhere has bad reviews and said I shouldn't be taking my dog all the way to her location. Please train this lady how to deal with the public; She obviously does not know how to triage incoming calls and needs to mind her business instead of offering her unwanted two cents.

Taylor Vet is a blessing! I drive from Merced to get my fur babies the care they need. I lost one furry family member, but saved another. Their customer service, and Veterinarian's are nice, knowledgeable, and very compassionate! Sometimes the wait is long, but worth it. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital for the ones you love????❤

Really competent and caring very good with my dog

They are very caring and nice people. There lobby is comfortable for humans and pets .there is a nice grassy area for pets to do there business . They are open 24hours and have same day appointments when available. They are quite a ways from where I live but they are easy to get to and find being just a ways up the road from the 99 freeway. Tonight t was very late when I got there with a pup my friend rescued awhile back the Doctor was very busy . The nurse said we could wait there for 3 or 4 hrs or have a same day appointment in the morning which wouldn't cost as much. That part was really great. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't tell me on the phone before I drove all the way out there that the doctor was so busy. Price wise there about a 3,care wise and service wise a 5, and location a 3 1/2. Yes I would recommend them to others and have.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We went in as an emergency, and still waited over 7 hours to be seen. That's unacceptable and there needs to be more than one vet on duty. I'll never come here again.

3 days ago I took my dog to them, because I knew he needed to be euthanized. After waiting 3 hours, I talked to the vet for 3 minutes. The vet told me they wanted to run hundreds of dollars in testing and medicate him to make him live longer. I disagreed and ask them to euthanize him. They refused, and charged me $100.00 for this 3 minute visit. The vet even had the nerve to leave me a nasty note in my bill. Last night, he didn't have the energy to stand up. This morning my dog was in a coma. This afternoon I had to load a lifeless but breathing 160 pound english mastiff into the back of my truck and drive him to another vet. She made a very emotion situation 100 times worse.

Great experience! Everyone was very kind to my pet and to me. For emergency pet services, this is the place to go

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Quoted me for a surgery for my dog for an obstruction and a second possible procedure if she needed it. She didn't need the second procedure, so then they added on another procedure i never even authorized so that they could max out my quote. When i asked to speak to a manager, nobody was available. When i asked to resolve it later because I had already paid them 3k and wanted to discuss the unauthorized charge, they refused to release my dog! Owner is unresponsive and obv doesn't care about his patients. Manager was unprofessional and refused to discuss or even explain why it is okay to charge me for something I never authorized. Doctors are sub par, at best. And receptionists don't know what's happening. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and communication is vague. I have 6 dogs, 2 cats, 3 rescue cats and I take in rescues to rehab, fix, and rehome in my spare time for dumped dogs and cats. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL TO THIS HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN. They are currently being investigated by the veterinary board of California for poor medical practices and non communication with patients, as well as charging for unauthorized procedures and performing unauthorized procedures. I am livid and baffled they are still open and I can only assume that it's because they have regular patients they must tend to differently, because their emergency services are TERRIBLE.

Good emergency vet hospital at a decent price.

I took in my kitten having seizures, they never figured out what was wrong with her. She was sent home in a hurry without a diagnosis, but yet they were able to send me home with a big hospital bill. Following day my cat is still seizing, I call the hospital for help and I get absolutely no help. Very disappointed.

Because of these unprofessional pieces of people my yorkie died and her puppies did too! I would never in the time that I’ve had my dog think she wouldn’t come home to us!!! You guys are a disgrace of vets .. you guys don’t know the pain you’ve caused my family and most importantly my mother .. that pup was her partner and you with your poor help and bad advice killed my dog and her puppies.. please do not call this place for advice or take you pet here. These people then wanted to charge 5000 dollars to try and save her. I hope you god forgives u. Please don’t take any of your pets here.

They had me waiting outside for almost 2 hours knowing that my female was in active labor and needed a C-Section. The doctor then told us that we need to go home because it wasn't an emergency.

Took them over 3 hours to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong . Furious. Do not recommend and won’t be coming back.

Our doggie got hurt while we were camping at Yosemite. We had to drive 2.5 hours to get to the clinic. They received us in a timely manner. Very professional and caring.

Had to take my furbaby in vomiting n diarrhea. Had to wait 3 hrs no appt. But worth it. Everyone was nice and friendly. They did a number of tests. No real answer. Sent home with 3 meds. They took good care of him.
