Took my Chi’s in today for the bathing services, which included teeth, shampooing & nails. Yolanda did an amazing job & felt comfortable leaving my companions in her hands. When I arrived, first of all, they were extremely happy, both smelled great, nails looked good, their coats were shiny, exceptionally soft to the touch & they both smelled great. She was great with them, very natural & not forced at all. I would definitely recommend Yolanda to anyone looking for a groomer in the area. 5 out of 5 stars.

Mostly here to say this place AND the employees are awesome as heck. Was approached and asked if I needed help while browsing and they helped me find what I needed. 10/10 This is my go to spot for all of my reptiles needs they have a HUGE variety of brands and are always in stock of what I need.

We take our puppy to the Vet here at pet supplies and have never had an issue. We love the prices and how they take care of our puppy. The store is okay and the employees are pretty friendly and helpful, however the grooming department needs major improvement. I'm not sure if is even ran by the same people but the issue we had was with the grooming area. We had an appointment scheduled almost three months ago. They texted asking for confirmation and we did confirmed. When we showed up we were told there's no groomer today. Our appointment wasn't until 1:30pm so they had enough time to call or send a message to let us know our puppy wouldn't be seen today. They told us that we need to schedule another appointment and that there's nothing available until after Christmas. FYI it is September so obviously we cannot wait another 4+ months for the puppy to be groomed, so we will be taking our business somewhere else. In my opinion this is why we can't keep our local stores open because nobody cares about costumer service like we used to.

I wish I have some products for our animals. Service is great.

I made an online appt for my 10 week old puppy, which is a shih tzu,for September 30th. I chose the puppy wash with blueberry facial an oatmeal treatment as add ons. I was so pleased with the options they had and the pricing. I wanted to get the groom that offered the trim but it wasn't available...no biggie since my puppy is indeed just that, still a puppy hence he's fluffy but his coat is still short...just wanted his eye hair trimmed so he could see but again it wasn't an option and not a deal breaker. I booked the appt and looked forward to the service. I received a call from the groomer and she confirmed the appt and then asked if I wanted a time I told her yes but it wasn't an option..she said they aren't offering trims til the new year. I said ok that's fine. She said if his hair was matted she couldn't groom him. I told her he's 10 weeks and not matted and I regularly bathe and brush him. She asked if he's had rabies vaccine and I told her that he gets it on the 26th of September and if it was an issue. She said we had to reschedule because it has to be 2 to 4 days. Which it would be 4 days to the date that he'd be vaccinated. All in all I felt the entire time she just wanted to cancel and I told her if she called with intentions to cancel just do so. She was not friendly she wasn't warm and overall seemed irritated that I had booked appt at all. I'm disappointed that she called at all because I truly looked forward to bringing my puppy here. Needless to say I will continue my search for another grooming person for my puppy and I hope to find someone more interested in pets and their people.

I will always prefer to shop at pet supplies plus. Especially being a member the sales are worth it. I haven't tried the clinic but the groomer is great and the self service dog baths definitely come in handy when I take my girls in. Everyone is always incredibly friendly and helpful!

I would not recommend coming here to this location. The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory towards those with disabilities and service dog handlers. I have also seen him be extremely rude to people with wheelchairs.

I and my friends have been going to this store before petsupplies plus came over. The issue is not the store itself..it's the grooming dept. Now I'm not certain if they are same company or not...I spend thousands of dollars here, Ron the assistant is my witness. I recently feel as if iam an object and not valued as customer putting money in that store to support local. I have 3 cats and a dog . 2 months ago I had bad luck with Yolnads the Groomer. Her personality made my dog nervouse. We never had problems here until she came in that dept. Normally my dog goes in with his harness and then they use their own neck collar for second protection and store rules. My dog is a nervous dog. I kindly asked her dont take his harness off it will be hard to put it on afterwards. She kept saying no i cant no i cant with attitude...My dog felt her facial expression and he got dirreah and stressed in the store. I told her i dnt want her to touch my dog as i do have the right and as if anyone else would do the same. Ron and other managers came and apologized and someone else trimmed my dogs nails that day. I didnt yell or scream, but I cried from sadness that my dog felt.. I continued to shop regularly.. April i called they refused service for my dog. I had called the manager female and corporate and no one called me back to fix the issue.,which i think was not nice or professional. I ended up taking my dog to petco and they did great with him as they heard my concern and needs for my pet and they met them all. Jambo sat so good and did great, because the girl knew how to deal with nervouse dogs. I WISH the owner would instead fix the issue and make customers happy so that they continue coming back...
