Today was our first day bringing our Charlotte to Christy's. We are so happy with their work. She looks absolutely beautiful. She was ready in one hour! We could see right away that she had had a good experience. She wasn't nervous or anxious as she had been at the previous groomers. And they even noticed her extra dewclaws without having to mention it. We are happy customers.

Great staff that 100% cares about your dog. We have been going for many years, through generations of our puppies.

Got my bylldogs nails clipped, great work!

I took my dog to get a bath and nail trim. I was called and told she tried biting them, which was a red flag because she has never bit anyone before. When I picked her up, her back nails were so bloody and the front nails were left untouched because they had hurt her enough. The guy who did it said he recommends taking her to the vet to get her nails trimmed because they had better tools. So knowingly he still get her nails and is limping. If you care about your babies DO NOT bring them here.

Everyone is so nice there. Most important we know our dogs are safe and well cared for. We've trusted our pups with Sherri for yesrs and wouldn't think of going elsewhere!

Higher prices " not accountable for their mistakes or behavior

Our little Star a wired haired fox terrier was groomed properly to her breed. Finally found a groomer who knew how she is supposed to look. She smelled clean looked clean and was happy.

The owner and employees are such awesome warm hearted people.

I bring 2 dogs here, and I am always happy with the service. I really appreciate that they only keep my dogs about 2 hours, whereas some groomers will have your dog all day. Also it is very easy to get an appointment without having to schedule far ahead. My dogs are adorable and very clean when I pick them up.

They did a fantastic job on our miniature German Schnauzers!

They groomed my 2 cavapoos and 1 of them had a sore of her back. I let the groomer know and he took special care to groom around it and clean it very well.

If I could give this business a NEGATIVE 10 ( or more) stars I would. Took our 2 standard poodles here for a summer cut- I was assured they could do this, and they scheduled morning and afternoon appointments to have plenty of time since both were a bit overgrown due to Covid.( we brush them every day, they had NO matting, just overgrown fur) When we picked our boys up the groomer gushed about how well behaved they were, what great dogs, etc. When we got them home we discovered multiple burns, razor cuts, areas of fur that were shaved to bald, and other areas not touched at all..They did not feel soft, and had strange cut lines, razor ridges, going in different directions all over. I contacted Christy’s grooming to go over this- in a non confrontational way- and was told “ just come get your money back” and they hung up on me! My daughter and I went in the next day and tried to explain the things I had issue with. I am NOT a rude or confrontational person at all- I really was kind of in shock that a “professional groomer” had done this, and wanted to make sure they were aware and would be A LOT MORE CAREFUL when grooming other peoples dogs. The man who groomed our dog started out being very hostile, and said “ I should have just gone with my gut and said No- that is an ugly cut you wanted on those dogs!” He refused to listen to anything I had to say. A woman ( possibly the owner?) came out and said “ just give her 20% back” and told me “ he worked his butt off for 4 hours bathing and grooming those dogs! ( 4 hours for 2 large standard poodles is not long at all if your including bathing, drying, clipping, shaving, and grooming- and these boys had a lot of fur!) The groomer said “ no I’m refunding ALL their money” He asked for the card I had paid with, and said he was refunding all my money. He yelled at us as we were leaving- to “ NEVER COME BACK AGAIN” Believe me , I wont!!!! Our dogs ended up needing a trip to the vet, medication for burns and cuts, ( yes they were THAT severe) and both in head cones for over a week! Do yourself and your pets a favor and skip this place!!
