It place was very gracious with their time when we brought our dog to them. The vet that examined him was nice and went over everything in detail. We didn't get the news we ever wanted to have but the staff made it a little easier for us.

We have been taking our dog here since Sep 2020, she received one round of Chemo and was in remission for about 3 months, in March 2021 some nodules in here lungs were discovered in her check-up x-ray. Changes in Chemo and it's been a year since we started chemo again, nothing but positive experience with Veterinary Cancer Group of South Bay. We started have had great experiences with all the doctors who have provided treatment to our baby, Dr. Kang, Dr. Schuh, and Dr. Koo. The biggest difference between Doctors for humans and the Doctors here is that at Veterinary Cancer Group is that there really is no time limit for their time, the doctors here will take all the time that you need to explain everything to you and answer any and all questions you have about your fur-baby treatment. All of our visits have been during COVID and consultations are over the phone but we have no complaints and highly recommend Veterinary Cancer Group if your beloved pet develops cancer.

Dr. Kang was able to give me another seven months with my 8yo Boxer Torq after he was diagnosed with lymphoma in October. I had thought I was going to lose him by Christmas time, and we made it until May. What she did for him I will treasure always. She was upfront with me that we weren’t likely to cure him, but she did wonders. Until the end, the theme was always “fat and happy”, and I know that he was not suffering - indeed he was happy, if not fat. I wish I could regain that feeling of hope and well-being. Their facility is clean, functional, and efficient, and their staff builds confidence. Veterinary oncology is expensive, but I never had the feeling that I was being overcharged or the money was being spent frivolously.

Had to take our beloved Pounce De Lion there. Was diagnosed with intestinal cancer. Everyone there was so caring and friendly. They did all they could so that we could have every possible extra moment with him as long as he wasn't suffering. We cannot thank them enough for all they did...

I thought it was strange that there was place that focused only on vets with cancer. My brother is a veterinarian, so when he developed a cough, I immediately brought him here. They wouldn't treat him, telling me the place was for animals (Who knew?). By some amazing coincidence, my cat has cancer and she was with me. They took her in and now she is 110% cancer free. The doctors there will not treat their fellow vets with cancer, but boy are they doing the real work on animals. They are very informative and will frankly discuss end of life care issues. HIGHLY recommended. Just don't try to help any vets with cancer.

Very caring and welcoming place. They make you feel comfortable and give you all options available. I really appreciate their sincere concern. Hopefully you don't have to come here, but if you do they are great.

I hope your pet never has to come here for any reason but Dr. Kang here helped our dog beat Lymphoma. The front desk and technicians here are all great. There is hope yet if you are looking to get your loved pets help with beating cancer.

The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They provided all the options, and respected my choices. They did their absolute best for my dog, and called regularly to check up on her. At no point did I feel like they were out for money. They gave me time to make my decisions, and treated my dog with love and compassion.
