Amazing doctors, amazing staff, awesome facility and they really care about my dog! Super reasonable prices, not sure what else I can say but FANTASTIC!

I felt confident that they knew how to treat my dog and his GI ailment. They fit me in the schedule and had the necessary treatments on hand.

Great experience, the staff was so helpful and patient. Not only were they patient with me but also Bear. MyBear is shy but he is a gentle giant. The staff used great techniques and patience. I will definitely recommend ????

My almost 1 yo lab has been to the Pet Keeper 2x now for weekend only stays and so far the experience has been positive, despite the Covid guidelines. They only do curbside pick up and drop off and expect to be on hold on your cell for a little longer than usual. However, the staff is very professional and caring of your pet. So far I’ve been comfortable leaving my fur baby there in their care.

This is my second time keeping my German Shepard for boarding @ Plaza Del Aml pet keeper. The staff is very friendly & professional. They sent the updates about my pet regularly. They took really good care of my baby. He was their for more than a week. I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for boarding your pet.

By far the best vet experience I have ever had, never going anywhere else my animals all love them.

Terrible customer service, had to fight to get my dog an appointment for THREE DAYS, don't leave a voicemail because they never call you back, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I used to bring my pets here years ago. I started using another vet several years ago since I moved. I came back to Plaza Del Amo yesterday since our normal vet is booked up for sometime. I have to say, the care has gone downhill. I feel this is only a money making business now and not true pet care. I brought my cat in because she has a slight cough. They couldn’t replicate the cough since she only does it once or twice a day. Instead of putting her on maybe a small antibiotic to see if that clears it up, they recommended XRays and bloodwork totaling over $600! I believe this to be excessive for a small cough. My cat is an indoor only cat and I would understand more if she ran around outside and showed more worrisome signs. We left there minus a $65 office visit and nothing more. Disappointed in what used to be a good place.

Simply the BEST in EVERY respect

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so polite and had so much patience with all the questions and concerns I had . Though you can't go in per covid protocol , the doctor called upon examination of my puppy I didn't feel like I missed a thing . They offer so many services. It doesn't feel like they're trying to just make a buck off you . You feel welcomed and at ease knowing your animal is in good caring hands.

Plaza never disappoints! Macie had her grooming appointment and she looks so beautiful. Thank you Liliana and Jes for giving her a bath, haircut and trimming her nails. The two week after her grooming, I had more than 15 people ask me where she was groomed. I told them Plaza Del Amo in Torrance and they were sad, because they live so far away. Macie being a Golden Retriever can create anxiety for most people on the cut, but not for me. Thank you for taking great care of Macie and always making her feel pampered.

The veterinarians are all very nice as is the staff! That makes it less stressful for me and my elderly cat.

Dr. Elsper is so friendly, professional and detailed to explain about my cat. My cat visited for FVRCP, rabies vaccines and flea check. I’m so glad he has no flea, parasites.

Took our dog Kobe for a weekend stay and called to pick him up a day early and they have no groomer available to give him a cleanup bath… when we picked up Kobe the tip of his nose was raw from being caged up for two plus days… Won’t be taking Kobe here anymore.

So grateful for Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital…. Although they were booked solid on a Saturday, Dr. Child made time to see my ailing dog. I appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable she was in quickly determining what was going on with my old girl. Another quality that stood out was how kind Dr. Child was. I’ve seen a few vets at this hospital, and though they were all great, Dr. Child’s empathetic demeanor really stood out. Five-stars for Dr. Child!

I took my cat there for 5 days and he loved it, they clipped his nails and gave him lots of cuddles. I am taking him there next time I go on a trip because it is fantastic.

We just love our vet! And the staff was helpful. Services sometimes are pricey but you are never surprised! You have always have the choice.

Dr Child and her treatment staff are awesome. They are honest and actually really care for your pets. so if you want honest and caring, plaza Del Amo is the place to go. I've been taking my pets to plaza for over 20yrs. I would recommend taking your pet there for any medical needs, boarding and grooming.

They are still practicing social distancing and I’m good with that. They have an extremely efficient and easy system in place. I was allowed to follow my cat into exam room because he had an injury and I had to speak with Dr. Child directly. Very professional office and excellent care.

I really like this vet, but my experience this past Saturday wasn’t the best. I got to the parking lot to wait to be called. The sign outside says text or call so I texted first that I was there. About 4 minutes passed and no response. I called and told them I was outside and they said someone will be out shortly. I waited another 10 minutes before someone came outside, but they were servicing someone else that had gotten there after me. I asked if it was for my pet, and they said no and to wait. I believe I waited a total of 30-40 minutes until someone came outside to get my dog. I’m not sure if it was a slow day or something else happened, but wasn’t so happy about waiting so long just for them to take my dog inside for his appointment. Hoping next time will be better.

Great vet office and staff here are very nice. The vet doctors explain everything well and are great. We have been bringing our cat here since she was a kitten. Parking is pretty easy also.

The staff is so friendly and compassionate! They saved my dog's life and I am so grateful!
