ME an appointment an the staff are very kind an the Dr came out an explained everything to me about my fog(Mr Spock) they took their time an cleaned his ears which come to find out he had a bad infection. Also informed me an showed me pictures of his broken tooth I didn't even know he had. I'll be back to have them remove his broken tooth an this will be my home Veterinarian clinic. Thank you

Some of the sweetest, genuinely caring, concerned vet staff and doctor I've ever experienced at a vet location. My dog Coco has not been doing well. I brought her in to Ohana. The first gentleman that greeted me when I got there was very caring and compassionate. He took a lot of time to just ask me questions and hear me talk and really showed that he understood what I was saying. Nothing was rushed. I really do appreciate this very much and I recommend anybody to come here. t These great people really do care about your animal and yourself. Thank you so much for assisting me and for the love from every single person I spoke to at your location (and I'm sure I spoke to at least three or four different people and everyone was amazingly caring and compassionate) in this really hard time ????

Took my dog Kiki, there only waited a couple min. and they came to get her. Everyone who came to the car were so friendly and helpful!! Dr Shin took her time to explain Kiki’s condition and called me personally the next day, and explained her results patiently and thouroughly!! Would definitely take her back again!!

I like the Dr. Uchma, but the low knowledge of the paperwork of the other staff and the frivolous and incompetent attitude towards the pet owner is very disappointing.

On my day off, I drove down to the clinic in traffic from Culver City - their website indicates they accept walk-ins. I called their office from the parking lot, as instructed. A woman said their walk-ins were already taken and they were booked all day. I mentioned what their website said and that I had driven a considerable distance. The woman chuckled and said, “I’m sorry.” I can’t speak to the quality of veterinary care, but based on the lack of communication on their website and unprofessionalism during the call, it doesn’t bode well.

Just transferred here from the keys and needed to find a vet for my animals. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful! The doctor was gentle and kind and very responsive to my questions! Glad I found this vet

Some of the most caring doctors, techs and office workers you will find anywhere. They really care about the animals. My little Trouper is living proof of that dedication and love. I found her with a massive gash in her abdomen that had been there for several weeks, I honestly didn't think she would make it to even be able to have the surgery. But they didn't quit on her and at I got the call at 9:30pm that she had made it through surgery. Still in serious condition but she was a fighter and so was everyone at Ohana! It took 6 weeks but she finally healed and was able to come home. The first 2 pictures shows her when she got brought in and the next picture was taken just over a month later, hard to believe it's the same cat! They are amazing!

I went to Ohana veterinary by recommendation of a friend. I had some bad experiences with our former vet and just didn’t want to change one for another. My first impression with Ohana was a very positive one. Their prices are more than fair (with 3 pups it can get expensive) and their customer service is outstanding. So glad we found out forever vet.

I'm a veterinary technician. I came in from out of state to take care of my father and his dog while he is in the hospital in critical condition. I was totally unaware of the fact that his dog was in congestive heart failure and had not been receiving the proper treatment for two years. When I realized she was in CHF I got in touch with her vet. Despite the fact that they did not have any appointments open they were able to fit me in as a walk-in the very next day. I had to wait a short time because I was not on the schedule - which is more than reasonable - but they kept me up to date and were very kind, understanding and professional. When a slot opened up to see my father's dog they took her back, examined her and the doctor came out to the car to talk with me about her condition. They did exactly the care I wanted, gave her the medication that she needed and provided me with all of the information and paperwork I might need to take her back to Florida with me if I need to in the event that my father is unable to care for her. The staff was extremely gracious and sweet, especially the receptionist, Brenda, who listened to my concerns and made every conceivable effort to help me with the situation. They were completely understanding of the fact that I was not on my father's account but needed to see to her care anyway in the state of emergency that I found myself. With everything in my life swirling out of control right now because of my father's illness it was such a relief to have something I needed go so easily. Thank you to everyone at Ohana for this experience. Being in the field myself I know the effort it takes to accommodate walk-ins, particularly right now during the pandemic. Stay well, make sure you all remember to self-care and resist compassion fatigue and remember that you are appreciated.

We needed to get in touch with Ohana as quickly as possible for my father-in-law's dog, who has come to this clinic for years. Ohana responded to the pressing need immediately, helping us arrange a time to come in the next morning, despite their full schedule of appointments. I know how hard it is to work someone in, particularly with the extra burdens that covid-19 has placed on every business. Ohana went the extra mile to help us and take care of my father-in-law's dog. We had a short wait that was unavoidable given everything that they were dealing with at the time. They provided friendly, pleasant customer service to us, and compassionate care for the patient. It was clear that Ohana's staff and doctor cared about both clients and patients. I'd like to make a special shout-out to Brenda for helping us, and thank everyone involved in Amelia's care.

Recently got a new puppy & was beyond scared where to take him specially during these times. I got recommended to the clinic next to this one but they were super unprofessional & never got back to me. I came in here from the beginning they were super helpful made me an appointment on the spot. Everyone was/is so welcoming. Due to the covid-19 they do have you waiting in your car & then they pick up your pet. Everything went smoothly & quickly. I recommend this place.
