Having three cats, I was excited to hear about Galloway Cat Clinic. A clinic that only sees cats.. Yes!!! We made an appointment for our kitties just for an annual exam. When we arrived, we were greeted by the two lovely ladies at the front desk. Check-in was easy peasy, and I only needed to fill out one form!! That alone is a game-changer because, at other veterinary clinics, there is usually a whole stack of paperwork to fill out. I was already excited about this place. When it was our turn to be seen, my hubby and I could go in. I say this because, in the veterinary clinics that I've been to, I wasn't allowed in. So this made me extremely happy. When Dr. Son and Chris entered, they were very welcoming, and we were very gentle with our babies. Our little baby even tried to steal some kisses with Chris. Dr. Son was very thorough with each kitty and pointed out some very important things that we had no idea. At the end of our appointment, we could make our next appointment at a convenient time and day. The prices were extremely reasonable (which is super helpful considering we have three babies). I left the clinic very thankful with a smile on my face. We found our new clinic!

I am so happy that I found this clinic. I used to have so much worries when my cat was sick. Dr.Son is quick, sincere, and willing to go extra mile to help your cat. Galloway Cat Clinic makes my cat’s life (and our family’s) better!! Thank you so so much!!

This is a one doctor cat clinic and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Son. My neighbor who is also a cat lady highly recommended her and I do too. She is selfless and truly cares for your fur babies! As soon as she sees a problem, she is quick to fix it. My kitty Pumpkin needed a hernia repair and she acted quickly, taking her into emergency surgery during our appointment. Her team there is also very helpful and comforting. They are great at their profession and bring amazing energy to this cat clinic. Thank you for saving my baby girl! ❤️

Wanted to be a new customer and had a new cat with an eye infection. They said they could make an appointment for February. I explained again my immediate situation and they said would you like to make an appointment for February. Wow unbelievable I guess they don't need new clients. Called PV Pet Hospital up the street got in same day by noon.

This is the only place where you can be sure that your pet will receive proper care and attention. I am the owner of two cats and I want to say that I have not yet seen a better veterinarian in a whole the United States. Doctor Son is the only doctor whom I would entrust my animals to.

If you have a cat this is the place to take them when they need care. Jay is awesome!!!

The worst, most unfriendly front desk staff. I would never go back to a place where I’m met by such unwelcoming, miserable people. They’re clearly in the wrong line of work. I was also very surprised by all the glowing reviews. Dr. Son wasn’t nearly as horrible as her staff. She was fine. I didn’t understand why she wanted to sedate my cat for cleaning out her waxy ears. I refused and the cleaning took all of two minutes. My cat was fine without sedation.

This vet has misdiagnosed after her multiple exams and she also admitted her misdiagnosis. Misdiagnosis leads an incorrect treatment and improper medication. It just leads a death if not treated correctly. If you love this place, it’s your decision to go but if You have money and time, get 2nd opinion for your sick pet. It is always wise to see 2 different vets for right treatment. At first, price is cheap and she’s kind of fast responder but if advices are improper for disease, fast response is useless. Staff also were unpleasant. I never experienced with any problem of vets. This place is horrible, not reliable place but it is cheap. I still can’t forgive her but God helped me in different way and I could see a reliable, professional vet so I’m trying to forget this place.I just astonished of good reviews. Today, I realized that good reviews can’t trust all. If you really care about your pet, you wouldn’t take your baby here. If you only take care of money, then you will be here. Cheap is cheap.

I’ve been coming here since my cats were kittens. They’ve helped me so much and I always refer them to friends and family, strangers even if the subject ever came up.

I love this place. My cat even likes it.

I am very happy with Galloway - very friendly and professional, and didn't cost an arm and a leg. They seemed very welcoming and caring about my feline 'child'!

Very caring vet. Even though after Covid the appointment usually needs to be a month in advance, since my cat is indoor/outdoor sometimes has emergencies and she adjust those into her schedule.

Best place to take your cats! I live in 20 miles away and make the drive here because I know my cats are taken care of here.

This is the most amazing vet practice! Dr. Son can handle any cat! If you're a new pet parent there can be a little wait for a first appointment as she is in extreme demand. It's well worth the wait. She is probably the most knowledgeable but that I have ever met and her way of dealing with fearful cats is amazing. Her staff are caring and responsive. As Dr. Son is a sole practitioner they are not open on weekends and they do not board animals overnight. If you want the best care for your cat at a affordable rates highly recommend Galloway cat clinic.

About a week and a half ago one of our two cats began urinating outside of his litter box. After doing a lot of research, we learned that the reason might be due to a urinary tract or bladder issue. After doing some research and speaking to others, I learned of Galloway. Everyone raved about how amazing Dr. Son and her staff are. Well, they were right! I called and spoke to Megan, who was incredibly kind and patient. After explaining my situation she worked diligently to get me in to see Dr. Son as soon as possible. After getting an appointment in the not to distant future, Megan provided me with some tips/suggestions to try prior to the appointment. Based on my experience thus far, I could clearly see why Galloway is so highly regarded. So on appointment day, I brought my cat into the office and was immediately greeted by Dr. Son, who was very friendly and welcoming. Within 5-10 minutes, my cat was being given a thorough exam by Dr. Son and Vet tech Chris, who was extremely nice and gentle with my little four pawed buddy! The exam included a ultrasound and even the trimming of all of his nails. Dr. Son identified this issue which was NOT a medical issue, but rather a behavioral issue (territorial). She spent a good amount of time explaining how to address the issue and also provided some helpful tips to help keep my little guy happy n healthy. I didn't feel rushed and could tell that Dr. Son (and her staff) really cares about animals and it shows. Finally, her fees are remarkably fair and affordable. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Son, her staff and her Clinic (which by the way was immaculate!!).

Dr. Son is the best cat vet! She is amazing with her patients and substantially less expensive than most of the vets out there. She KNOWS cats and you can tell how much she cares about their health. If I could give 20 stars, I would!

My wife and I have gone to Galloway Cat Clinic for 12 years. Dr. Sun has always taken good care of our cats. Takes the time to be thorough and also to explain everything to us. Her charges are very reasonable.
