Staff always greets with a warm welcome. Dog training classes are excellent; Trainer Diann is great. Store is always clean.

I love the fact that I can shop online and then go pick up my items at the store. I can also have my items brought out to me if I don't feel like going inside the store. The prices online are so much cheaper than the prices of items in the store. For example I bought my aquatic turtle filters online for $5 for a box of three and inside the store for the same exact item is $15. I'm not sure why more people don't shop online?

I am rating with three stars based the inability for this place to plan and schedule their grooming appointments effectively. I should not have to arrive at the store, wait 15 minutes to get into the salon (because someone was late getting back from their lunch break) only to be told that the groomer I am booked with (I did not specifically request someone) was on leave. why wouldn’t I get a phone call before my appointment time? While I understand the employee resource situation is a major challenge for all businesses, where is the manager? Who handles the daily schedule? There is a problem in this store and I would stay they need to start at the top!

Made an appointment for nail cutting. Just nail cutting. Arrived ON TIME and was told there were 2 dogs in front of us. My dog hates the car, this was no easy thing to take her there. Left and did a walk-in at a vet. Will NEVER go back.

On a good day they have one cashier and a long line. If you have the dignity to go trying to run down another cashier nobody's in sight. Experiencing this store is either humiliating or just downright a waste of time. It's probably not the best for single women shopping alone. I was once verbally accosted by one male customer which was creepy in itself and nobody did anything about it. PetSmart used to be a lot better and not such a let down. This storm particular is a ghost town.

First time here. I bought fishes for my aquarium. Staff was really helpful and she explained clearly about types of fishes and the maintenance. I'll give 5* stars for the staff. I'll visit again.

It was our first time grooming at Petsmart and we are so happy! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken care of. Maddie did an EXCELLENT job with Spanky. She took the time to assess our needs and answer questions we had. He walked out the door happy and wagging his tail.

Very disappointed I took my 5months old 7 pounds for his first time bath. 2hrs later they called me to pick him up because he is very aggressive she kept repeating the same thing, when she took him in the morning he let her grabbed him.

Pick up is not working on over 4 separate occasions. Food I get is not in stock even after asking if they can stock while in store.

It took him quite a while for them to come out and get Amber. This did not sit well with my dog she was very restless and anxious. I love PetSmart but this contactless check in is the pits

WORST MANAGER EVER. Frank, the store lead, is a joke. Horrible, rude and flat out MEAN to an innocent person and telling lies about them. What a JOKE. Don't shop here.

Do not ever shop here. The store lead, Frank, is an absolutely horrible person and how he is the lead of the store is beyond me. I used to work at this location for almost 2 years, but had to leave because of family problems. I recently reapplied as I wanted to come back. I got interviewed in September and told I'd hear back the next week. After getting the run around for TWO MONTHS I finally go into the store asking to see the manager so I could ask if they just don't want to rehire me and if so, why didn't I at least get a cursory phone call to tell me so. The store lead Frank comes out and I ask as much. He tells me in the most 'I'm already annoyed with you voice' that they have quit looking for pet care (what I applied for) and I was like ok, well, why didn't I at least get a phone call? Then he says, "Associates have been telling me you come in here all rude and cuss out the store." I was appalled. That is SO not true and I said as much only to be shrugged at like I'm lying and told thats what he has been hearing about me. I kept insisting its not true and he just did not believe me whatsoever, was extremely rude to me, and kept saying associates have been telling him that. I again asked why I didn't get a phone call and he says, "Because I heard you're rude, thats why I didn't call." Are you serious? A store lead believing lies and gossip instead of speaking to the person directly, AND accusing me of such in the rudest way possible and treating me like absolute garbage. No matter how much I said its not true he shrugged at me like I was lying. Childish, rude and flat out mean. Talk about defamation of character and slander. I reported them to corporate and I hope something is done about it. I will never shop at this lousy run place again and I suggest you don't either.

Staff was great and knowledgeable. Only needed heat lights for my gecko and some crickets but the 2 people who helped were nice.

I had Petunia my dog groomed here and she looked beautiful afterwards. Petunia was happy to be coming back home but she didn't seem anxious at all. Thank you Pet Smart

I'm a first time dog owner, and I LOVE this store so much! Everyone is so nice and patient with me and my dog. I especially love Heather, who is one of the groomers in the salon. She treated my dog so well. Will be coming in often!

They're Salon hiring event seems to be bogus. On 11/1 this Newbury park store was closed, no hiring event to justify the fliers, and no one was there to greet me for my appointment time, requested by the manager, at 7:30. Very disappointing. I guess I'll try Petco for job opprtunities. Thanks for nothing!

Pet Smart is a very clean store. The staff is very friendly ,helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased some Kong toys for my Great Dane. I don't know if the prices are reasonable as I did not shop around. Overall, it was a good experience.
