Spent $300+ on a leopard tourtoise that was supposed to live for decades. It died in 3 months. The store does not care. Don't waste your money, most of the animals are illegal by law or unhealthy.

Nice clean store with everything I need for my doggie. Price is great also and if you hit up one of their semi annual sales, it's even better.

I've come to this store several times because of the convenience of it being a neighborhood store. However, I've noticed an increasingly reckless level of disregard for the animals there. During my last trip, I noticed a poor canary bird for sale with an injured leg and cracked upper beak. It was clearly in discomfort. In the fish area, I saw several tanks with dead fish, which was bad enough. When I went to the aisle with feeder fish, there was at least 30+ dead fish in each large tank. It was a horrible sight to see and really demonstrates the lack of care of staff and this business owner. The sale of animals here seems highly unethical and inhumane.

Items have a tag with a lower price. But once you go to the register, they are more expensive. Today, I bought 2 leashes for my dogs tagged as $ 10.79 and paid $12.99 plus tax for each one. When I bring that up to their attention, they only refunded me $2.41 for one leash.

Very expensive vaccinations. Didn't tell me how much each vacine would be and not listed individually on receipt only the total amount. I think this was very expensive

Asked if they price match they said yes. Then I was asked if I had an account, yes but I wasn't logged in as this was a new phone so they didn't price match me. Just going to order my things on amazon because it's cheaper plus I get next day delivery. I had to buy rats for my snakes and I figured I buy something since I was there, but for the principle of not price matching like they say I'd rather buy elsewhere. Petsmart also price matches with no problems.

Lots of high end options for your pets food needs! I usually get Taste of the Wild and Tiki wet food for cat! Not much options for huge dog toys but I can see this area of 626, people have smaller dogs! They offer grooming here as well! They have a annual sale every year, thankful for that. Workers here are always friendly.

At this store the employees are very friendly they do nail trimming for your petsAnd they know the store well so if you're looking for something though direct you where to go.The vets here are awesome too, Ray and his team are very Knowledgeable.

Whats wrong with these fish? There were a bunch of them lying lifelessly. They looked like they were dying. I dont think these animals are well taken care of. There are spiderwebs everywhere in the store too.
