The worst receptionist ever. Said, “ it sounds like your dog needs to be seen immediately an emergency however we are booked I don’t know what else to tell you” very unprofessional, very low.

We just switched to VCA El Rancho. Best decision! The staff is friendly and responsive. We just love Dr. Siringo. He is kind and listens. We feel very confident trusting the care of our sweet Husky who has canine epilepsy in his capable hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible. I can’t speak for all VCA’s but the one in Temecula off Winchester and Jefferson is a scary place. The service wasn’t bad but it’s wasn’t good. The doctor inadvertently tried to convince me to put my sick animal down or spend $5-6000 on pet services. My animal is 6 years old mind you. She’s happy and thriving today. I could have euthanized her because of their lack of compassion towards animals. Money, money, money. I would tread lightly and do your research on other veterinarians. I noticed they have a 4.5 rating even though majority of reviews were from 3 years ago or more. The review previous to mine was awful I feel so bad for them. I wish more people wrote their experiences so potential and existing patients parents can make a better decision.

Everyone here is so nice and I truly feel like they provide the best care for my dog and my families animals.

I love VCA El Rancho! Dr. David is the best I can trust his judgement with my Yorkie poo Bernie. He doesn't rake up the charges and is very knowledgeable. Got my dog in 2017 and Bernie has been coming here ever since.

Great service, quick, precise and thorough. Due to Gavin's new rules we were greeted at our car with masks and social distancing. The vet tec and vet were wonderful. Our dog needed an emergency appointment and they could accommodate. Very happy.

The best and most compassionate care .

My dog had an infected toenail. The veterinarian cut it shorter. When this didn’t help he anesthetized my dog and supposedly removed the toenail. This didn’t help so they sent me to the emergency hospital. It turned out that he had cut half my dog’s toe off and sent me home without pain medication. The toe had to be amputated. He’s fine now, $3500 later.

The doctors and the personnel really care for the pets, not the cheapest pet visit but honest estimates and the vet offer many plans to treat your pet. You paid what you can afford.

We moved to Florence, Oregon two years ago and the thing we miss most of all is Dr. Robert Siringo. He is an awesome person and Veterinarian. Wish he would move here!

Since my dog needed emergency C-section I've always recommended this place to my family and friends. They are affordable and ACTUALLY CARE about others animals. When my Bebé my 6lbs chihuahua needed C-Section everywhere else wanted money upfront and was over 2,000 medication separately. Well not here they charged me 490. Saved my dog, called me to let me know when she was going into surgery and when she csme out. And her tummy healed fast. They called me a few days after to check up see how she was doing and no not the nurse the actual Dr. Did. So yes I love this place.

Great location and easy to find. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely cares about your pet. I am very particular about where I take my dog and this place, hands down has been the best. They made sure he was comfortable and did all the necessary tests to find the issue. This is only vet where my dog enjoys going to and the staff makes it that way. This will be the only place my dog will continue to go to. Thanks to the entire staff for everything you do!

Dr. Siringo is hands down the best!! I never feel like they’re out for your money, in my experience, twice now, they actually tried to save me money and I absolutely never felt pressure to do something that was costly. He and his staff genuinely care for your pet(s). He’s also superb with difficult high anxiety pets, such as mine. Lifetime patient!

Ok hands down the Best veterinarian Office my wife and I have experienced ever from top to bottom. We took our Mimi Aussie Dakota there. The receptionists are very friendly, kind and informative, the Vet Tech was top notch throughout and of course last but not least Dr Siringo is definitely one of a kind and the best Vet we have ever had. He is super thorough with the exam and with explaining everything. Dr Siringo actually called us personally to give the lab reports and went over everything and he doesn’t rush out of the room he spends a lot of time going over everything. We live in Hemet and it’s a bit of a drive but it’s definitely worth it and we are so happy we found Dr Siringo and his staff. If you are looking for a vet, seriously look no further, by far the is the best place around..
