We have attended 4 appointments with this office and each time they appeared to be more interested in charging for what appears to be unnecessary procedures, test, etc. in order to have pad their bank account instead of the care and well-being and health of my dogs. We will not be returning!

In the past four months, we have had some issues with our Frenchie. The staff at South Temecula Veterinary Hospital have been wonderful! The communication has been great and they really do care about helping our dog feel better. Thank you!

I brought my dog in for a consult on November 12th. He needed surgery and his regular vet didn’t offer that service which is why I came here. The vet told me she would call me the next day (Saturday) but if I didn’t hear from her, she would for sure call Monday or Tuesday with some dates available for my dog. I stressed that my schedule was open and the sooner the better because my dog had already been in pain for a month while awaiting that appointment. I didn’t receive a phone call so after a week passed, I called asking for an update about possible surgery dates so I could get him scheduled. I was told “we reached out to the surgeon yesterday so we will call you, no need to call back.” So I waited… and waited… today is December 24th and they still have not called. They quoted me double the price of other vets and I was willing to have this service done so my dog could feel better but they clearly didn’t care about him. This is so sad and unprofessional. They said the reason they charged so much was because I would be getting a board certified ortho surgeon. I ended up taking him to Care Animal hospital who got him right in, communicated wonderfully, and completed my dogs surgery with a board certified ortho surgeon for half the price yesterday. If you’re looking to get your animal care from people that actually want to help and will take your concerns and phone calls, do not go here.

I brought my dog in for what looked like a tumor on his tail. They took him back for a biopsy and 5 minutes later the doctor came out and delivered good news. "Your dog is fine, just a little cyst that drained. He should be good to go". I really appreciate their professionalism and am especially thankful for the good news delivered so quickly.

I think we started bringing our pets here ten years ago. However, I do remember when the office first opened. Most pet lovers are on a different level with their pets. It's love like loving your own kids. People who work here genuinely love pets. They move swiftly if you need to bring in your pet for an emergency. Once you arrive they talk to your pet in a sweet pleasant voice. The office smells good and is clean. The wait time to see the vet is adequate. The staff communicate well with customers explaining fees for the day. They also have an airconditioned kennel in case you go on vacation or need a spa day. I feel good when I visit the hospital and appreciate the quality care. Sending an heartfelt thank you.

Cannoli our dog came home clean and happy I hope next time we board cannoli you have sorted out your hours of operation found it a bit confusing and annoying not to arrive at the correct time for drop off and pick up Could seriously effect our travel plans You need to do a follow up day before the boarding date Wouk be most helpful Thank you

Not near as friendly and felt like every time we turned around they were trying to up sell ya on something else. I think we are going to try a different vet. It is a shame...we have been going to them since 2007

Had a followup for my puppy, hoping it would be a little better experience however it was not. Receptionist should always help customers when they walk in not make them stand waiting for 5 to 10 min just to check in. Vet tech was nicer today. Last appt she wouldn't listen to a thing I said. Dr didn't listen to my concerns and I wanted a second opinion due to the nature of the visit. She must have taken it personal and wouldn't come back in and talk about the referral. Will not be back. A vet hospital should always have specialists that can see animals for an emergency. Needs to learn to be personable- all employees..should also act like they actually love animals. So sad..

Last week my 6 year old Pitbull named Ellie ate a very small amount of one of my houseplants and it made her VERY sick. We took her to her normal vet right next to our house and she was even worse the next day. Their vet was out of the office until Monday, which made us have to search for somewhere else to take her. South Temecula Veterinary Hospital was able to see Ellie within 30 minutes of my call, and I believe they worked her into the schedule because of how concerning her symptoms were. They provided us with a range of options for treatment and I did not get the impression that they just wanted as much money as possible. They really wanted our girl to get better. They gave her fluids (which I was a bit surprised the vet the day prior didn't do) and a few different medications, and even that night she started to act more like herself. It's now been a few days since her visit with South Temecula Veterinary Hospital and she is almost 100% better! We couldn't be happier. We were very worried for a bit that we might lose Ellie, but we're so grateful that this vet helped us get her feeling good again. We're considering changing vets entirely because of this visit. Thank you!

My dog was stung by something and her face was swelling. I called my regular vet during their usual open hours. They referred me to an emergency clinic. I called South Temecula Veterinary Hospital they made room in their schedule to assist my pup. I was very happy with their service.

Sadly we had to put our sweet lab Boston to rest after 12 great years together. Everyone on staff including the doctor made us feel very comforted, unrushed, and created a dignified environment for what was a very traumatic moment. We can't thank you enough for the care you showed, the warmth, and we appreciate the empathy displayed during our loss. Despite it being one of the hardest decisions we've had to make letting our Boston go, choosing South Temecula veterinary hospital was by far the easiest and best decision we made as they put our hearts and minds to ease. We highly recommend them if and when the time comes. Thanks again.

Our Frenchie was having issues with walking suddenly and called to see if I could get a last minute appointment as we had never visited this clinic. To my surprise, I was able to get a quick appointment within a few hours. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Vet checked out our baby and took xrays along with prescribing meds to help his pain and discomfort. He is improving and am so thankful for the vet and staff at South Temecula Vet hospital! Great service all the way around!! Definitely recommend!

I had what I thought might be a serious problem with my yorkie on a Saturday. I tried numerous places including emergency hospitals. Nobody could make time for Spike. South Temecula Veterinary made time to attend to him. They were professional, thorough and friendly.

We took in our 7 month old kitten after suddenly losing her liter-mate (brother) from his unexpected reaction to sedation at another veterinarian urgent care. They were kind and compassionate towards us regarding our recent loss. They helped us come up with an affordable plan to get our kitty, Kate, tested to make sure her heart is healthy and she won’t have the same reaction to anesthesia for her upcoming spay, like her brother did. We’re so grateful for them.

So happy to have found South Temecula Veterinarian Hospital! My dog had a large ear hematoma that he had been suffering with for 2 1/2 weeks, my regular veterinarian would not see him, said it was not an emergency and scheduled him 5 more weeks out. Every other veterinarian I reached out to said they could not see him, or were not taking new patients. His ear continued to enlarge and looked very painful. South Temecula Vet moved around their schedule to see us on a Sunday… and then had him scheduled for surgery the very next morning! Chloe greeted us with a smile and was so sweet and professional and the Doctor discussed all my options and what she felt would be the best treatment, all the while concerned about being conservative as well as all costs involved. She also started treatment on a chronic condition that no other vet had addressed. I am very appreciative and will now be bringing both of my dogs here! Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful. The only veterinarian hospital open on Sunday that took in my cat who was in pain and had a high fever, everyone else was closed or booked. I was desperate, I called and went to so many vet offices that day before I found South Temecula Veterinary Hospital, I was worried they would say sorry we are all booked, but thank God the receptionist told me to come on in. They took care of my whiskers right away, I was so relieved. They took such good care of him. He is now happy and healthy. Thank you Dr. And staff you saved him. God bless you. Definitely my pets new Veterinarian hospital ????

Our two Springer Spaniels are nervous and can be a handful. The veterinary techs who got them from the car and returned them after their vaccinations could not have been more kind, caring, and responsive. We felt well-taken care of and I want to thank these two ladies!

Dr. Christina was very personable, efficient, nice and thorough. She assessed the problem very quickly and prescribed the right treatment. She also gave my dog a thorough examination and informed me of things to keep a look out on with my 10 year old dog. I was especially pleased with the fact that my appointment was scheduled for AND started right at 11 AND I was completely done within 1 hour! I am absolutely pleased with this office and will definitely use them as our regular vet.

We had an appt on Sat. 8/14, with vet we knew. When we got in the room was told because of mix up she was not there. Needless to say I was not happy to start. But the new vet Dr. LOVELAND is AMAZING!! She made me very comfortable and listened to my concerns. Sage the tec knows us well and said she and Dr Dejanovich thought it would be a good fit, AND IT WAS.

My husband and I had such a positive experience here. We recently rescued our beloved Kenobi and it is super important to us we take him only to places that will bring good experiences for a few reasons. He is deaf and unfortunately one of his previous owners mistreated him so he is very timid and shy. Thankfully we found this place and I'm very pleased by the service from the receptionists, vet techs, and Dr. Dejanovich were all outstanding. We were so appreciative of their patience and kindess they showed Kenobi so he would feel a little more safe during his checkup. Dr. Dejanovich was very kind and attentive of Kenobi. I appreciated her approach and the way she answered all our questions. And the advice she gave us was much appreciated so Kenobi can have a healthy life. If you are debating whether to take your furbabies here, I can 100% say you will have a positive experience here. Thank you to all the staff again and I'm very happy we have found Kenobi's new vet.
