I found treats from bluebuffilo and Merrick back country food that both of my cat's absolutely love

Always get my three dogs groomed here. They are so patient with my tripod, he's so picky about his feet. They are amazingly good with all of them, even the nervous GSD. Highly recommend!

Dog grooming is great. Purchased fish for tank. All fish were healthy.

Just a warning to all the people interested in purchasing a cat. Feline Underground Rescue. ESPECIALLY PARENTS WITH CHILDREN The worker Amber is extremely rude Me and my 2 year old went to this location to meet with the cats. My daughter of course was beyond excited (reminder meet with cats not this woman) We met with her 2 times the second time We we about to leave and of course my daughter was playing with the toys playing with the kittens. This women Amber looks my daughter dead in the eyes says. "No dont do that ! You better listen to me, Dont look at me like I don't have the power to tell you what to do this is my Cat adoption center! I own this little room"! Mind you this is a 2 year old child. Who speaks to a child that way? I get it you dont like kids but she could have just asked us to leave. Instead of snap at a little girl like that I feel bad for the poor cats because we where excited to find the right one Save yourself the trouble dealing with someone as rude and nasty as her. Also she would tell me certain cats weren't able to go without a partner. Ok I understand they need and emotional partner.. but she wouldn't show me and my daughter the ones she didn't want to because she felt like it. (We would ask to see them and she wouldn’t allow it) We had asked to see a kitten. Extremely weird and unprofessional She also put it bluntly that certain cats might not like children Understandable but the way she said it was extremely rude and apparent she dislikes children

When you physically walk into a Petsmart to confirm your appointment for later in that day and make sure you’re all good to go only to race home, load up two large breeds, drive back, wrangle them into the store by yourself and then be turned away because they forgot to mention they need updated rabies proof. Right now my appointment time is 5 PM and the vet is closed so we can’t call to confirm (obviously they’re up to date) and I’ve now wasted my time twice in one day. As I stated to the staff I always forget why I don’t use this place for grooming, until I remember. Zero common sense, zero common courtesy.

I visit this petsmart for by babies 2 times a week love it everyone is great !!

My groomer Jessica was the best I’ve ever had ! She understood what I wanted exactly even when I didn’t (lol) she is the best

We use the Banfield vet inside the store. We have our dog on an insurance plan that saves us money. The vet on duty is very knowledgeable and the service is good as well.

Great food, great prices, lively atmosphere. I go here often.

Maria took our 4.5 month Rusty and made him so handsome, he has a phobia of hairdryers and she was patient with him, I appreciate that so much!! Can't wait to take him back, highly recommend!

The girl that was working the front counter helping people on the late morning of July 30 is ????. She needs to Calm down and focus! Stop trying to help everybody in line when you still have the person in front of you that needs assistance. She irritated me with her hyper personality. Also she needs to put on some deodorant. That is all.

First time in this Pet Smart. Took my grandbabies in after going to the Credit Union. They loved looking at all the fish and turtles. The also enjoyed seeing the hamsters and chinchillas. They didn't want to leave the store. Thank you Pet Smart for a little free entertainment. ????

I liked the store even not the clisest one just because of their stock of fish and aquarium supplies.Staffs are good and helpful.Check out takes longer sometimes based on timing as they may not have sufficient staff to cover.overall not a bad one, downside they dont carry any salt water fish.

Horrible customer service. Did not take Chewy return stating that they don’t own Chewy anymore. I went to another PetSmart and they returned it without any issues.
