Literally the only place who would take my grumpy guy, super professional staff! They helped me out when no one else did, and for a dog owner that’s all that matters! They work is amazing! Highly recommend this amazing place!

We are blessed to have Jenny as Kona’s amazing Dog Groomer! Jenny’s cares for your dog with her expertise and heart! The other Groomers there are so very helpful as well! This is the best place to go to with your four legged dog babies!

Took my two dogs here on a Wednesday to get washed and nails trimmed. When I came back about 2 hours later the whole place smelled like cigarettes. I don’t know if the guys working there were smoking inside or had just gotten off a smoke break but the whole place reaked of cigarettes and I was a little concerned about my pets. Then when I questioned it the staff Pete or Paul gave me some serious attitude. Even my dogs had it in their coats. Nails were trimmed well besides one paw where my pup was bleeding on two nails but I’ll give it to them since my dog doesn’t like people touching his paws. A little disappointed probably won’t come back.

Wish I could give them negative star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. Horrible experience on my visit for grooming. Not only they did such poor job on the grooming, and to top it off they have an Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. They held my dog hostage, yanking on her chain and demanded money to release my baby. My dog was shaking with fear. I can’t imagine how someone could do this and treat animals this way.

Love, love, love this place!! I love how they treat the pets that come in for service, they are real animal lovers. Asa always takes great care of my girls, I have one very fragile, special needs baby and he's always very gentle with her, she is afraid of men but loves Asa, my other girl loves him as well. I highly recommend this place for grooming ❤️????

I have a CHOW that is a PILL when it comes to someone touching his feet, his head, his tail... but the groomer at Shanis somehow works miracles with him. He's beautiful every time we pick him up. Thank you!!!
