Edit2: they made it right by coming to me and exchanging the bag and even gave me my money back. Wont be taking down the original review after being blown off by the front counter because i wonder if i would have gotten the same callback to fix it without leaving a bad review in the first place, nonetheless its been updated to 5 star because they did fix the issue and even went past that to give me my money back. Make sure you double check the tag on bulk feed that their stock boy gives you because apparently hes just guessing. Drove 45 mins there and back for whole oats and was given rolled corn, not even close, and now will have to waste another hour and a half of my time to go back and exchange it. Edit: called back to see about exchanging letting them know that i may be there around 10 mins after closing and asked if someone could stay to switch the bag and got some bureaucratic answer about how that wouldnt be possible because everyone has to get off at the same time? Even if that were true it would have to be 10 of them staying 10 mins late for them to spend as much of their own time as i will have to fixing their mistake. How is that fair or good buisness?

I get hay for my rabbits here. They generally have the best hay, and a discount program for $5 off for every $100 spent. They have sterilized washable potty pads at an affordable price too, which are very helpful to prevent those next to the litterbox accidents!

I come here to get hay for my bunnies. I drive from LANCASTER. I have been to MANY different feed stores I can tell you that Red Barn has the BEST quality hay around. I have a feed store 5 minutes from my house and I refuse due to quality and customer service. Customer service at Red Barn from the store to the hay barn is always so friendly and helpful. I have gotten Oat, Timothy and Orchard Grass hay and all three never disappoints. Also, their Oxbow toys are at a great price so I always pick up a few toys for them while I am there. I also love they have a loyalty program which I haven’t experienced anywhere else!

They have hay. I have a bunny. Bunnies eat hay. They have a barn full of hay. It's great if you need hay. No restroom.

Took my great Dane for their Saturday shot clinic. Very reasonably priced. No appointment needed. There was a small line but it moved quickly. Took less than 30 minutes Highly recommend

Lots of cool specialty pet products that are healthy for your special one(s)! My dog loves these Probiotic Blueberry Vanilla cookies that have simple, wholesome ingredients. They also have baby chicks when available, different grasses, hay and basically anything your pets/animals will need. Tip: The baby chicks often sell out quickly so make sure to call them to put your name on a list. Even if you put your name on the list, you'll need to show up early since they help you on a first come, first serve basis (with the exception of the names on the list). The service is always informative and friendly too! This is now my go-to spot. Plus, it's a small business and I always feel good shopping at mom & pop shops. :) Thanks Red Barn!

Like its title, feed and supplies for farm and domestic pets. Picked up hay for my daughter's goat. Service is friendly, efficient and excellent. Quick in and out. Adequate parking. Located in Tarzana.

I love red barn, the people who work there are the greatest, If you have a question, they will actually know the answer, how often does that happen ? I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm going there right after I write this...As a new chicken owner, I find Red Barn employees to be very knowledgeable and generous with their advice. I admit I tried other options, but I am going to stick with Red Barn because I feel the service I've received is personable. I appreciate anyone who offers great customer service, don't you?! The prices are comparable and I agree some items are pricey but ask and you will be shown alternatives. I just really like that they are understanding to my chicken questions. I have had a rotten experience here this morning so I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! A LITTLE PAINT ON MY HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL WAS REFUSED. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO HAVE INK ON A BILL!! DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE. THATS IT FOR ME. THERES PLENTY OF PLACES WHO WANT MY BUSINESS. I GUESS 600 DOLLARS A YEAR IS FINE WITH THE RED BARN TO THROW AWAY!!

So much more reasonably priced than other pet food sources. I get hay for my bunnies there for $9 vs $25 on amazon. And the cashiers are always pretty pleasant.

Came to buy Bird seed with cracked corn and they had many to choose from . i wont ever again look for it at Lowes. Or home Depot. Plus it was so easy to get to from Winnetka. Not on a busy street easy in and easy out. Staff was very nice and busy helping your other patrons. Price for my purchase was so much less than i ever paid . I will shop here again.
