Its a lot simpler to shop for my pooch online cuz then I just stop by on my way home from work & the checker brings it right to me!

They have so many cute pet gear but no doggie strollers and no more pets there due to covid but yes it's all good

Avoid this Petco if you can. Walked around the whole store 3x times looking for help and couldn't find any employees beside from one poor cashier trying to hold the fort on her own. When we asked her for some help, she hit the paging system, no-one came, then asked again, hit the paging system, still no-one. She had a line of 5~6 customers and also tried to use the paging system to get more help at the cashiers (again no-one came). Finally poked my head around the corner of the back area of the store and found a bunch of employees just hanging out in the back area. Asked them for some help at fishes and ended up with a grumpy guy who gave us some weak bull-sounding excuse for not being able to sell us ANY fish, despite us being actually more resarched and informed than this store clerk who seemed to be looking for an excuse to get us to leave. End of the day, 20~30min in the store (most of it spent wait) wasted. Kudos to the lone cashier trying to hold the fort, but as a customer avoid this Petco if you can!

Very easy scheduling process, excellent groomer and easy check out process. This was my dogs 3rd visit. Tina did excellent work and Max looks better after his visits.

They are conveniently located, they have most of what I usually buy for my cats and the employees are nice.

Staff is friendly. Dogs were clean and happy when I picked them up.

They don't take care of the birds they don't change there water or there food.

Don't have a lot of stock. I've had them sell my pick up on me even though I came the same day as my order.

It was sad to see ???? the animals boxed in like that you can feel the depression and it makes me wonder ???? y my dog has allergic reaction all the time,maybe all the products and food being played withヾ( ͝° ͜ʖ͡°)ノ♪(＾∇＾)ﾉ♪└|∵|┐♪(＾∇＾)ﾉ♪

All the pet supplies you will need with exceptional customer service.

I had to ask 3 times for help finding things. Each time, your staff was smiling and helpful. One member even walked me across the store to find what I needed even though she was clearly headed someplace else when I intercepted her. I was blown away by the customer service. I will absolutely be back.

Clean, not crowded. Roomy aisles. I hate stores that cram to much merchandise making it overly cramped to navigate.

You have an outstanding and attentive staff. Griffin, a manager, assisted me a couple of months ago with some complicated coupons and I was impressed with his patience and professionalism. Your HR departjent is doing a good job hiring people.

Didn't find what i wanted but came home with a new bed for my cat. He rates it 9/10 only because he's too big for it.

The selection of pet supplies is rather limited. The staff is super helpful and enthusiastic. Slightly overpriced

This is a clean and tidy store. It does have a humane society branch and a good selection of pet supplies.

Nice place to buy aquarium fishes ????, birds and it also has a adoption center. Love this place, going back again to buy more aquarium fishes.

We love the pup training classes here. There were two more pups along with ours at the class. The trainer Sophie is really good. If you want a good pup training class with reasonable price, I would recommend this place.

I called about bearded dragon they said they had some for $50 when I got there it was $79. I paid $110.00 for a complete setup tank at pet mark and they only wanted $75.00 and would have bought it there if petco didn't tell me it was only $50 each
