It was my first time bringing my dog there for an emergency visit. The doctor & staff were very friendly & thorough. The doctor took time to discuss his recommendation. I'm very pleased with the service and will bring my dog back there anytime.

They have been a doll helping me through my kittens kidney diagnosis. The whole team has helped me in many ways from transferring of records easily to the new specialist, gather the proper special food, and as far as giving me a break down of additional measures I can take to provide the comfort needed for this little guy mario. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a personable vet. Thank you all for your help and if you are reading this prayers are always welcome. ????

We’ve been taking our pets to ELC for years. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and do a fantastic job of clearly and patiently explaining what’s going on as well as discussing important considerations and trade-offs. The entire staff is compassionate, friendly, and an overall pleasure to deal with. ELC is by far the best vet we’ve ever had, and I can’t imagine taking our pets anywhere else.

Don’t come!!!! They treated people with no respect, I believe same thing to my cat. My cat is so frightened after coming out and they charged me hundreds and hundreds dollars for regular test. They will make every charge they did very “reasonable”.

We were visiting the town of San Jose for work and we brought our cat with us. She started showing symptoms of a UTI and this was the only vet that was available to see her the same day. We are very happy with the service they provided. Everyone is very friendly. Both the staff and Dr Bhakhri kept us updated frequently. My cat came out very calmed :) Definitely recommend Dr Bhakhri.

ABSOLUTE BEST CARE HERE !! We were taken such good care of! We found our baby Mochi's permanent vet for life !! Thank you to the entire efficient, friendly & capable staff of ELC VET! We are in terrific hands for our 12 Month Old cat Mochi *(our families covid spiritual and emotional companion that is helping ease the strain for out family of 5 from the covid situation)

We spend close to $1500 with them when our 7.5 year old cat started to have diarrhea. They percribed antibiotics and told us to put him on a diet and schedule an appointment to clean his teeth. 5 days later we took him to pet's friendly when he wasn't feeling any better. They found a massive mass in his intestines and used X-ray to confirm. 4 days later we had a put him down. We're not blaming ELC for his death, but it seems they only cared about upsell and taking our money. Pet's friendly and sage are much more personal and thorough with their examination.

Doctor and staff are very nice, caring, and skilled. The clinics COVID protocols are up to speed and executed so as to make me feel safe and secure during our interactions. Their compassion and care make the experience like taking our cats to visit a family member.

We've been taking our dog there not for long, but we've been very happy. The staff is lovely and very understanding. We were just there for our dog's annual exam and they explained everything they were going to do and gave us options without pushing any one way or the other. We got an estimate prior to work being done and everything was itemized and clear for us. Our dog is healthy and is now up to date with all his vaccinations. Even during this time they are seeing patients and it gives us peace of mind that our dog won't be at risk of getting sick.:) I'd definitely recommend it!

This vet clinic is by far the best I've ever taken my dog to. Been going there for years after switching from another clinic and I am so happy I found them. The Dr. and staff at ELC are super friendly, it feels more like family. They show genuine care for my dog, very loving and empathetic and my dog is always excited to go there. Vet - Dr. B, Jacob - Office Manager and all the staff are very knowledgeable, diagnosis is always spot on and so is the treatment so my dog does not have to suffer through trials and errors as been the case with other clinics. At ELC you do not feel like a number in their system, you feel as part of a family. They explain everything very thoroughly once you are there and always follow up with post visit for major treatments and detailed instructions. I would take my kids to see the best pediatric Dr. there is, will do the same for my dog who is part of the family, therefor will take him to the best Dr. as well at ELC

Very helpful. All the appropriate social distancing you'd expect and hope for during Cocid times: park, call in, a tech comes out to take your pet, report back in, etc. The vet came outside so we could talk. Very nice. Very friendly. And a little busy which was good - not so much that we waited, but enough that others thought this is a good place too.

This vet is a joke. IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE TAKING MY DOG HERE. After spending 300 dollars on all first year shots, and 400 dollars on treatment for a skin condition, I took my dog for a cherry eye surgery. I spent 2,000 dollars on that surgery. The vet., Dr. Bhakhri, guaranteed the work and said that if the cherry eye returned, he would fix it for free. The surgery was unsuccessful. It was done in October of 2020, and it is now December of 2020. My dog's eyes are much worse than when I brought him in for the original surgery. I have had to go in for multiple check ups, and all the vet did was keep selling me expensive, ineffective medication. This vet loves to take customers' money. I took my dog in for a check up in November. I advised the vet that I had to leave town the following day, and that my dog would be with my brother. I did not want any work done, as I did not want to leave him with family after a procedure. The vet supposedly had an eye specialist see my dog, and without calling me for verbal consent first, put more stitches in my dog's eye. At this point, my dog's cherry eyes are so bad that he can barely see. I'm not sure that his vision will ever be restored to 100 percent. Yesterday, Dec. 7, 2020, I woke up and my dog's eyes were so bad that he could not see. He was lethargic, not eating, drinking, etc. so I called ELC, who claims to provide amazing customer service. I made an appointment for 3:45, and I was asked to send pictures. An hour later, I received a call from ELC referring me to an eye specialist solely based on the pictures. They refused to keep the 3:45 appointment, and the vet refused to speak with me that day. They did not even bother to call the other vet (the eye specialist) and refer me. They basically told me that it's my problem, and that I would need to take care of it from here. I called back the next day, and I spoke to the vet. He claimed that he does not guarantee his work, and that he is no longer responsible for my dog's health. When I asked for a refund on the 2,000 surgery, he started to get defensive, talked over me, refused to listen, and hung up on me. WORD TO THE WISE: I spent 3,000 dollars of my hard earned money at this place. When I wanted the botched work they did on my dog corrected, this is how I was treated. SIDE NOTE: I had to have my last dog put down. The only reason that I ended up at ELC was because my dog was having seizures, and I needed to get him somewhere quickly. While my wife and I cried at losing our 12 year old pet/family member/friend, a receptionist, Jacob, came in the room where my dog was put down and started selling me a "cremation package." Not thinking straight, I agreed to a package that cost 500 dollars. That should have been enough for me to end my business relationship with them. All this place cares about is taking your money. I regret not having done so. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH WHEN YOU WANT THEM TO STAND BY THEIR WORK. THE ATTACHED PICTURES ARE AFTER THE SURGERY THAT SUPPOSEDLY FIXED HIS CHERRY EYE. THIS IS THE RESULT YOU MIGHT ENCOUNTER FOR YOUR PET IF YOU GO WITH THIS VET. SO PLEASE BE ADVISED.

I have been bringing my dogs here for several years. The staff is very caring and professional. Dr. Bhakhri has always provided excellent care for our pets and I really appreciated that they had fit us in on a busy Saturday when an urgent procedure was required for one of our dogs in the past year.

The most caring, professional, friendly and flexible veterinary clinic we could wish for!!! Based on the superb care of our dog I highly recommend this vet clinic.

I took one of my five cats here for the very first time after moving into the area. I was greeted promptly by very friendly staff. My cat was not feeling well and was treated kindly by everyone. I was given medications for her and within a day and a half, she was noticeably better. She’s been great ever since. I’m glad I found a new awesome vet!

One of my pups had no feeling in his back legs so we brought him here. They kept him over night. The next day we went to check on him and they said he was playing on the rocks, and we could go get him. He was dragging himself all around the rocks in the back. We took him straight from their to Sage. He was put down a few weeks later as he could not move at all. I blame them for his death! Don't ever bring your dog here!!!!!!!
