DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT THEM TO END UP PARALYZED. Paralyzed, malnourished, covered in sores. NOT taking responsibility for the damage they’ve done and have instead deleted their social media and taken their phone off the hook to avoid taking blame for the injury their neglect and mistreatment has caused. If you care about your dog, DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!!!

My dog came back to me unable to walk looking like he had been beaten and starved. This place deletes bad reviews please do your self the favor and go check out their Yelp reviews and don’t send your furry family members here!

a close friend of mines pet was severely injured here, requiring hospitalization and they tried to cover it up hoping he wouldn’t notice!!! sketchy vibes please keep your beloved pets farrrrr away : (

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I brought my 4 month old puppy here while we’re in the process of moving and this is how I received him! He was perfectly healthy and playful prior to being dropped off here around noon. At 5pm they called me in because he was paralyzed!!! He cannot walk or move at all. I’ve gone to two vets that confirmed that something must have happened while he was at this kennel and they agreed that it seemed that the kennel is trying to conceal what actually happened there. When I walked in I found his face planted in a puddle of water, unresponsive and covered in abrasions and their staff said he’d hasn’t moved and had been peeing and defecting while laying down but for some reason no one thought to check on him or contact me sooner or even bring him to the vet! The kennel refuses to share camera footage or give any information on what actually happened or cover any costs from the veterinary hospital. No apology either even though he was in their care. TERRIBLE PLACE.

DO NOT GO TO THEM! They have left my friends animal with many abrasions, bloodshot eyes, his mouth is clenched and paralyzed as well. This is only after six hours. The vet bill is over $5,000!! Horrible for an animal to have to go through this

This place is shady and dirty, how does a perfectly healthy dog come back out paralyzed??? Neglected and miss handling of animals is unprofessional.

This place put my dog in poor condition and had to take her to vet after being sent here while I went on vacation!!! DONT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Your dog won’t be happy and they don’t take care of your anaimls!

Horrible horrible place. If you love your pets at all you will not bring them here. Shut this place down or something. They literally allowed someone’s puppy to become paralyzed. How does that even happen? They won’t even show camera footage to prove they arnt at fault. Sounds like a guilty conscience to me. Absolute garbage facility. Do better. I hope they get sued out of business.

Horrible business, animals sent home majorly injured and trying to act like it's not on their time or responsibility. How dare you work with animals and feel ok sending them home to the owner for them to have to take them to an emergency vet because of the SEVERE INJURIES suffered at this facility. Absolutely disgusting, you should be closed down.

This is how I received my puppy of 4 months back. He's been in VCA since last night. Please don't ever go here. Only good thing is the owner did call us but my puppy was laying in a puddle of water. Mouth clenched, abrasions & paralyzed.

Do not take your pets here. Abuse has been committed under this establishment’s supervision. There is a dog now paralyzed and covered in multiple scrapes down to the skin. This should never have happened.

Trash establishment, they’re okay with sending injured animals home and acting as if absolutely nothing happened. How could you work for dogs and have zero sympathy to an obvious injury that occurred while at your establishment? No body should ever have to go through that. Figure it out

Do not bring your babies here they cannot be trusted. They have a long rep of abuse, they need to be held accountable.

This is the only place I will ever leave my dog. For the record, this is not a dog hotel, it is a kennel. Dogs get an indoor/outdoor run. They will feed your own food and give meds. Dogs get playtime in the yard and are never with other dogs. My Baxter has a very good memory and will resist being taken away at the vet's and the groomer's, but here he always waltzes right in, so I know they treat him well.

We used Starcrest to board our cat for a long weekend. He came home happy and had obviously been eating. We will use them for our next trip.

OMG! I cannot thank Starcrest enough for the awesome job they did of taking care of my dog. I went on a 4 day cruise for my moms 85th birthday and had NEVER boarded my dog, so fretted about it for months. He is not socialized very well and has had some behavioral issues so I couldnt board him just anywhere. I checked out 5 or 6 places and I loved their location. They would send me texts of him playing in the yard and that he was smiling all the time. I love the girls who run it, they are so caring. I took him for a 4 hour day care before I went just so he would be used to it and so happy I did. thank you Yesenia and Rita and the others. You allowed me to not worry while on vacation!!!!

Owner and staff courteous, friendly, very helpful and can accommodating when with a short notice. This is my dog's (Luna) 2nd home and she loves them

Starcrest is THE BEST place to board your dog! Rita and her teamed have cared for our dog there for 14 years and he LOVES going there. To our dog it is a vacation!

My dog Millie is always excited to “go see Rita” . We are very happy at starcrest because our dog is happy. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I don't want to leave my dog at any kennel other than Starcrest. My dog loves it here where everyone knows her name. All of the staff are courteous & contientious andthe owner/manager Rita is a dog whisperer. It is clean, organized, safe and very reasonably priced. They are just terrific.

I love starcrest. The staff is so sweet and our dog absolutely loves it there!
