Love the Groomers there - excellent work and awesome energy.

This is a great PetCo to go to as it's realtively easy to park, usually uncrowded and next to a Starbucks.

They were a bit pushy but backed off after insisting I follow medical criteria of wearing a mask. I declined. They didn't escalate the situation and sold me the products I was buying. I would give them more stars honestly if they cared less about a few things like Leash and my face.. Merry Christmas. Well behaved humans. I'd give them a treat but my dogs wouldn't allow it.... Hahah

Price not that good but customer service is always good

We took our little pug to get groomed, the technicians were super friendly but my pup ran out of there like there was no tomorrow. She just didn't feel safe i suppose..

This Petco is a smaller petco but I can always find what I need. It is my go to place. They are always friendly!

Flu shot for the hound, didn't cry!

Arrived early to grooming appointment to give vaccine records. Store was not officially open. I waited outside with another employee because she did not have keys to the store. The manager arrived, unlocked the door and let the other employee in, asked about my grooming appointment time, and re-locked the door behind her. After waiting until about 15 mins after my appointment time, the manager unlocked the door again to say "No groomers here yet, why don't you go wait in your car?". I said no thank you, we'll just go home. Really awful experience, won't come back. Attached image of appointment time confirmation and location- The groomer literally just didn't show up.

Nice place for all your pet needs

Had my pets groomed with Channa. She was amazing and accommodated me and my two dogs by helping me reschedule both pets in the next day (Saturday). She was attentive, helpful, gracious when talking to me about my pets. She made me feel welcome and like I was important. I will be taking my dogs to be groomed by her from now on. I wasn't sure about taking my pets to a Petco Grooming until now. I had a bad experience with a prior pet and swore not to come back to Petco.

Absolute garbage staff. I went in to purchase some leashes, asked customer service for help and the attitude was less worth than the products on their shelves. Completely rude and unasked for. Go to any other store, really.

The employee was so helpful and knowledgeable

I only went in for a pickup but yesterday, I bought aquarium plants and snails. I had to return one of the plants as I did not realize the cost until I checked my receipt. The service rep was very pleasant and assisted quickly with the return.

Very helpful staff. Manager Christian answered my questions and provided me with as much information possible. Very pleased with customer service and attention to customer needs. Thank you. Will be a return customer based on experience.
