Not an emergency services location, during an emergency every second counts and they can’t be bothered to update their information on google for the past 3 months they have not been doing emergency services.

Dr Frey was wonderful and very helpful. He gave us orthopedic advice for our dobermans injury, referred by our regular veterinarian. His staff was wonderful, the ladies were great, from the call I placed to make the appointment to checking in. I recommend this place.

They took good care of my cat and dealt with our constant calls to check up on him with great care and professionalism. They were also helpful and knowledgeable about CareCredit, ultimately leading me to utilizing it as a resource.

I brought my cat here after hours and my cat was treated by Dr. Robert Wishner. I really appreciate him explaining the treatment plan with the goal of outcome. FYI: fees are due at the time of service and initial fee is $110 (plus whatever else will be included in the plan of care) Update: I had to accompany a friend to bring in his beloved cat that needed to be euthanized. They currently have a policy of just bringing the pets in without pet parents due to covid-19, but during the last hour of the pet, they had accommodated us to be inside the lobby to say good bye upon request.

We took our little girl Zoey there to be cremated after she died at home. They are real pros and extremely compassionate. Her remains were returned to us in just one week. The price was reasonable and her remains were presented to me in a caring way…

They were very compassionate for our dog when she was sick. The only that would see her in crisis from Modest to Stockton. Even our Vet wouldn't. We thank them for what they did for our Tessie

When she was a puppy, she broke her leg. They saved her leg, and she hasn't slowed down one bit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Worse place my dog died one week after seeing them, the pills they gave me didn't do nothing for her.

Our year old family pug got into a pack of sealed CBD gummies last night. To my horror, he showed effects perhaps 15 minutes within consumption. I called this vet straight away and they encouraged me to take him in. Short wait before the Doc was in, and the nurse came out to the car and carried him in with care. They were highly communicative and informative. Every communication was with kindness, sensitivity, understanding, and lots of information. These people really have the biggest hearts and our pug and family will be forever grateful for the care they took while Bean spent the night in doggie hospital. Picture of him alert the next morning. Thank you Dr. Judge and team for everything that you have done to help him.

The staff was very kind. Both the doctor and the nurse had wonderful bedside manner with my cat and by the time they left to get ready for treatment she was purring. The level of thoughtfulness that went into her care was amazing. I'm truly appreciative of their effort last night.

My dog had an emergency and naturally I took him to this "emergency clinic." However their lunch was more important than helping and I was turned away. I asked if I could wait until 1 when they return and the man said no bc there were no appointments available. This is false advertising if you are not actually taking EMERGENCIES. Thanks to them I spent 2hours driving around Stockton trying to get help for my senior dog.

I've taken a few pets there to be put down because they were dying (always on a Sunday) and they've always shown affection to the animal and didn't have to wait long to see Vet.

This is a great location, Pershing and hwy 5. Pets in only. I didn't mind the time waiting in my car.

They had to put my sister Baby down because she had 5 tumors and bad heart. They were great with my sister.????

You better not need them in an emergency. I’ve contacted them twice because I had emergencies and both times they told me they were not accepting patients. The place is NOT an emergency clinic. The second time they told me they had an eight hour wait. Don’t consider them during an emergency.

The Dr. And staff were so nice. Dr Frey explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what was going on with my dogs knees and how he was going to fix it. I was very happy with their polite and professional service ❤
