They had the cat food I needed and they brought it to the car. They were fast and efficient and friendly. If I lived closer, I'd shop here more often.

Time for the annual exams for one of my emotional animals. His name is Rahja, he is a 6 year old paintface Siamese Cat. My buddy, my joy in my life. Banfield has excellent staffing who understand your pets needs. They are not just your regular well care center for animals. They really extend a personal nature in handling your pet. They are pet owners too. Thank God for Pet Smart.

Cat adoption happening. They let us play with the kittens. I went in looking for salt water fish; they only have freshwater.

Staff is really nice each time I have went. Just remember to price match with their online prices as you can save some money. Parking is free and right in front.

The young lady who work at the cash register was one of the most friendly people I've ever seen. Put me in a good mood.

Everyone is amazing but the volunteer that cleans the kittens. She was just disturbing. My daughter was looking at the kittens and ahe just kept looking at her very rudely rolling her eyes and everything. Then this little boy came with i assume was his grandmother and she just went up to them started talking to them about the kitten. I don't know if it was because of our race but honestly i was upset.

Our dog completed his class today, trained by Stephanie, the most excellent instructor. We will have more classes and we are sticking with Stephanie. She is the best.

They was well stocked just one sale associate because she was talking to another employee inside doggy park. I waited then asked her about some cat litter if that was only size she says if its over there thats all didnt point in the right direction or nothing and started conversation with employee all over but the sales associate that was stocking got down and helped me thats why they got 4 stars

Pretty good store. Except the dog food is too much processed and too much $. Most of the dog. Food is so procesed microbes will not touch it even years old. At least what I found to be the case in my opinion.
