Love this place for grooming. I have Bassett hounds and they are difficult to cut their nails. Spring Creek makes quick work of the trim......like magic. Thanks for loving my animals...

My dog seems to love this place & she kept kissing the staff before leaving the facility on the day I picked her up, so the staff does a good job taking care of the dogs & cats at this boarding facility!!

The people here are great. Our pets are well taken care of here.

They take adequate care of your pets but have a policy requiring mandatory daily play times that is not posted inside the facility. In addition was I was never informed of this policy when I made the reservation. Boarding fee schedule should be adjusted to include the charge for Mandatory play time. When I spoke to the owner I was advised that the mandatory playtime is not posted as a charge since the customer only gets charged if the pet actually gets the play time which makes this policy appear arbitrary. The owner also advised me that I do have a choice as to whether my pet stays at their facility or not I can chose to go elsewhere. I'm quite disappointed since I've been going there for years.

My dog had a great time here but he got fleas!!!!! Now my house has fleas. He's almost 4 years old and he's NEVER had fleas, ticks, or anything of the sort. He's an indoor dog and the only interaction he's had with other dogs for a long time was at this place.

The love and care the staff show you and your pets is phenomenal ❤ Would highly recommend putting your pets there to play for the day or stay while on a vacation. There amazing and very clean and organized!!!

My dog got excited as soon as he entered the front office, so I knew he was going to like this place. They have a pool in the back. I had to leave my Alaskan malamute for 4 nights, so it was like a mini vacation for him. They don't have cameras, but they will treat your dog well.

I used to work here and can say with confidence that all of the pets are cared for to the same degree (if not more) than we care for our own pets. The staff truly loves the dogs and cats (tortoises, bunnies, etc) and they enjoy playing with them, petting them, scratching bellies, and watching the dogs swim during playtimes. I no longer work there and I still wouldn’t trust any other kennel with our dogs. The staff here are well trained and actually NICE/respectful of the animals and their owners. I can’t say the same about other kennels I’ve been to. Their playgrounds are separated and secure. Their runs (kennels) are cleaned multiple times daily and temperature controlled. They even have their own little outside area they can use to hang out or use the bathroom if they have to go when they’re not at playtimes. They give the dogs blankets and pads to lay on but feel free to bring your own pets bed! Manda the manager is amazing and sincerely cares for all of the pets here. They even take special care of older dogs like ours. If they don’t want to play during playtimes, the staff will pet and love on them anyway! They also take pictures of the dogs (and cats) during play times if you request it! I sincerely wouldn’t trust any other dog hotel/kennel with my dogs again! Spring Creek is the only place I trust to actually CARE for my animals ♥️

We love the staff and hospitality. Booking any service is really easy and quick. They are close to the freeway and very easy to get to. They have a pool but unfortunately Daisy is not allowed to play as she plays too rough. Naughty girl!

My dog has been a regular for day care and is truly happy to go play in the kennels safe and clean environment.

This place was great we took our car here while our home was getting Fumigated they offer play time, food, baths and more. Super friendly and gave us progress reports

This place is top notch! ... From the warm, friendly receptionist to the refreshing swimming pool, this is a true pet sanctuary! And I just love that it’s a woman owned business... so you know they are very detail oriented. You must book a Tour of the first class pet Kennel.

The price is right, the staff loves the critters, and they were honest about my cat's behavior even though they could have made more money if they were not honest. My only complaint is they forgot to clip my cat's claws. I thought about deducting a star for that, but they were so good otherwise and they didn't charge me, so I decided that didn't warrant the deduction. Good experience. Would highly recommend.

We love Spring Creek ???? our little guy (a 10lb Cairn Terrier mix) doesn't do well alone & is very territorial. He's well taken care of here on daysits & is exposed to other dogs in a playgroup setting. Every team member we've worked with has been fantastic & remembers so much about him so that's reassuring!

Go to for boarding our dogs when we’re out of town. Our littlest is very sensitive and shy but he gets well taken care of. We are so grateful!
