I happened to stumble into this hidden gem and was totally impressed by the amazing, knowledgeable staff, the vast amount of pet product selections, and, most importantly, all the various pets available to add to your family ???? ????????

Pperfectly clean, super friendly staff

First visit...Won't be the last. Stopped by to get Purina Pro Plan Sport (purple bag) that was out of stock at a nearby Petco that same day. Ended up leaving with the Purina, a few treats and an awesome toy for Bixter (the Trickster). I mean seriously, who wouldn't do the same for this special little guy? (Regardless of the EXCELLENT customer service from your employee "Sebastian"?) Thank you Sebastian! Woof!

I love this place dark food is cheap and they got good deals up to 75% off of some dog food.

They're actively selling sick animals to customers. I was so happy! For a week. One of the workers let me know before purchase that specifically their female guinea pigs often have respiratory issues and if mine showed any signs to take her back. Mine died within one week before I was even able to take her into the store for medical care. She was also severely underweight. When we went back to the store, she died on the way there from the warned possible respiratory issues despite not showing any signs besides sneezing a bit prior, and they immediately tried to push blame onto us even though one of their animals died within 7 days from pneumonia - an otherwise treatable condition. We called earlier in the day to ask about taking her in for her sneezing - she died a few hours after we called, before we could go. If they know they have a problem, why aren't they fixing it? The manager spent a lot of time trying to convince us it was our fault and was more concerned with what worker told us (obviously to reprimand them). This store is a huge joke and I wish I read more reviews first. I overlooked red flags because they had my dream pet, something difficult to find, and I regret it. Hopefully, this review helps save someone some heartbreak. RIP, Sunny.

Super friendly staff!!! Very clean store. The employees helped us find clearance items for my puppies, of course I bought all they showed me. Will totally shop there again!!

This place is awesome, they've really got everything here! When the regular pet stores didn't have my puppies food in stock and couldn't help me, I just walked in here and grabbed a bag no problem. Good selection of cute toys too!

We like to go here for many pet needs including crickets for my son's bearded dragon and fish for his tank.

Good variety of merchandise with a couple of employees available to assist you with what you were looking for.

Girl at the register seemed to know her fish, but nobody seems to care for the fish, and the customer service was awful. I stood in front of their fish tanks for 30 minutes, and nobody came around, so I helped myself to the fish I wanted. I wish I could've taken all the fish there; it looks terrible. I felt bad for them all. Would've taken the fish and walked out if I could've. I wouldn't go there if it weren't for a need of feeder fish, and that being said I'd rather find somewhere else to buy guppies than go back. After reading the other reviews, I was unsure about going, and I'm glad I was able to save the couple fish I got. Please, SOMEONE HELP THIS PLACE!!!

I was disappointed on the amount of kitten food they had which was barely any variety of canned kitten food! But the people were very nice and helpful????

Went in for ferret food. Jarrell was amazing. Knowledgeable about items and was friendly. Usually I try not to go there because most of their staff are rude. Hire more staff like Jarrell in your Sparks Nv. Store & your business will def do better.

Price and selection is decent, but service is basically non existent.

Nicest people of all pet stores. Great prices, and while selection isn't as big as some, they have a really different collection of items. I got a couple bandanas for my pups, and gave a donation to Paws for a Cause.

The website isn't current and they don't seem to care

Went there to pick up some fish for my tank. Their tanks were filthy and that should have been a red flag. I bought four fish to add to my community. Within a week and a half, 3 of the four I bought died so I raced out to treat my tank before I lose all my fish. I will not be going back and I dont reccomend buying from this store.

I got my parakeet from here and I love this place very good very good on prices and I advise you if you do buy the fish from them make sure you have a bucket or Ice chest and a air regulator Make sure that they can supply their water from their tank that the fish came from also if you’re traveling long-distance that’s the only way your fish are going to survive and when you get home you can put them in a plastic baggie that you can ask from the front desk at the store that they put the fish in two properly adjust them to their new water environment Please people do transport your fish in a bag !!!

Staff dosen't seem to know store policies well, was told over the phone by one staff we could put a deposit down on an incoming order of farrets, when we went into the store to leave a deposit they told us they don't do that and were unaware of any time they had.

Good store and nice people, but not a very good selection of animal products. If they had more of a selection of leashes, harnesses and other items it would be a great store.
