Zeny Pet Grooming South Gate, California

(ATTENTION PET OWNERS) I would really rate this a zero if I had the option to but unfortunately it the lowest is a one star. (Please DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!!) This place definitely need to SHUT DOWN! The owner from here does not show any love to our pets! I will share with you my experience. I went as soon as they open it says here they open at 9:30 am. It was closed but I decided to wait and she did not arrive until 10 am. I was literally already going to leave when she just arrived and so I took my puppy inside and told her how I wanted the cut on my puppy and I signed and she said okay we will call you in 2 hours to come and pick her up. She did not call me until the afternoon 1 hour before closing! When I arrived to pick up my puppy she was still not done! I was also worried because I noticed that my puppy had no bowls around her with food or water and seemed very desperate to get out of the kennel. To top it off when she brings her to me she had a whole different hair cut that I did not asked for her to do and she was shaking. This is not all the shaking did not seem normal to me so I checked her and my poor baby had cuts all over her body!!! As well as on her paws her nails were cut and they were bleeding!!! I was very very upset! When I got home with my puppy she ran straight to her bowls she was very thirsty and hungry when she got home. After that I cured her cuts. I am never taking her to this place again and definitely advising all of you pet owners to PLEASE not take your pets here ever if you do not want to experience with your pets what my puppy went through.

They treat pets bad and recently cops and the animal control show up because they would leave pets with cuts????

I told the lady I did not want my cats to be sitting in a box for 20 minutes before she was able to cut their nails. I told her if it was going to happen in the future to let me know so I can let them run around in my vehicle with the AC on until she was ready. She proceeded to yell at me and telling me the cats are fine and she's been doing it for 20 years and she's knows what she's doing. I don't care what she says, if I don't want my cats in a box for 20 minutes then I don't want my cats in a box for 20 minutes. Especially with all the loud noises and dogs barking there

I liked this place the only reason why 4 stars is bcuz I told the lady not to trimmed too much of my dog front head hair cuz I put her a bow and they cut it off but she didn't looked bad but not exactly what I wanted.. but I know it was just a mistake of words.. I might take her back if this mistake won't happened again!

Good place to get the Fur babies trimmed and washed. Recommend calling ahead to avoid getting your baby back late. Service is great and they Gemini care about your pets.

Well other than having to wait HOURS! My dog came back with lots of small cuts But the worst cut he had it covered with this handkerchief. I thought it was a cute thought to have placed that on him UNTIL I saw the cut !

I dropped off my dog at 9am and he wasn't ready til 430 pm.acting strange.. He was limping and shaking.. He won't be going back!

My fur babies need it a good groom, and I made the bad choice of taking them to a new place. I have a maltese and a cocka-poodle. The cocka-poodle is 11 months, he is playful and happy he was very scare and she left a lot of knots in his ears and mess up on one of his ears. My Maltese was also scare, bad hair cut. There were two young girls one was very rude. No politeness at all. First and las time! Didn’t even brush their teeth, I had to call to check if they were almost ready, I drove by 6 pm, waited outside, she calls me then and says to pick them up, I go inside and she wasn’t done with my Maltese, is was just a terrible experience..

I took my two dogs there for the first time. They charged me 70 for both, they were showered combed and both got their nails trimmed and my small dog got a hair cut. They did a pretty good job with handling my dog guero especially since he hated the drying process. I was kind of worried because when I went to go pick him up his eyes were extremely red. The only thing that I would complain about was the wait, I waited two hours for them to get groomed.

Zeny is the best! Always so attentive to my dog & he is always looking & smelling so fresh after his visits with her!

They have great service and great prices. I loved how my dog came out

Really bad experience. That Zeny lady is not a professional at all! I went to go drop off my dog and I saw how unattended she is with the dogs! I was horrified by the way she leaves the dogs wet in cages. She takes HOURS to get to one dog. Very unacceptable. My dog was crying scared in that cage for hours still not groomed, after 4 hours. I regret taking my dogs here. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE if you really love and care for your little furry friends, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

They didn’t answer any of the 13 calls I left and when I finally showed up I asked about getting my dog groomed and the stupid lady laughed and said “not today”

Never again coming here I had my appointment @12 and my poodle wasn’t ready until 7:30 Pm!!! This lady is so rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing!! My poor dog ran out of her shop!! He was super thirsty and starving when I got him due to the fact that he had to wait so long. She did an incomplete job.. my dogs ears were dirty and honestly his cut was not what I expected. I could have done it myself. Btw she was very aggressive with my dog no patients whatsoever ????????????????????????

Zeny is wonderful and my animals love her!! I’ve been bringing my dogs to her for over 10 years and she never disappoints! Not just a groomer as a business, she loves our animals and it shows! Thank you Zeny!

I had a horrible experience coming here for the first time , the lady was unorganized and didn’t seem to know what she was dealing with ...my dog was so scared being there and thankfully he was a well behaved dog she took hours and when I arrived she still wasn’t done but yet she was working on another dog !???? It seemed like she was just working for easy money and didn’t care about the look of the dog or the wait time. Never come here !!!!

The prices and haircut are really well done but I have a strong feelings that the dogs there aren't being treated like they're suppose to be . At 1st I thought my dog was just a little scared due to all the dogs but I've noticed she got more terrified everytime I took her to that place to the point where she starts to cry when she sees the place and starts to runs away. Would not recommend the price and haircut is not worth your pets terror.

Best place to get your dog clean

I sent my giant schnauzer to this pet grooming for 6 hours. This lady was very unexperienced. she let all other customer dog grooming work pile up then would be in a she is in a rush to finish. she was also very rude. I do not recommend this grooming shop. good price very, very bad quality.
