When you have rude receptionist answering the phone when you’re asking questions about your pet it makes the experience unpleasant. Its incredibly rude to tell someone you’re busy with another client when you could have simply said let me place you on hold etc.. learn how to handle your job properly.

Reasonable and thorough. He's been my Veternarian for 5 years now.

We love Dr Pollard and his whole staff. Especially Rachel, she is always amazing to us when we come in and I absolutely love bringing my fur family here.

Dr Pollard is a very knowledge veterinarian you can call him after hours. How many vets do that? He doesn't nickel and done you till you're broke ! And his stories are so funny. And Keith is awesome too

Dr. Pollard gets 3 stars from me. His staff gets 3, his receptionist get a - 1. She was rude insensitive,and could really care less about my dog, and I have had my animals at this vet for the 10 years. I would hate to see how a new client is treated. If the Dr. wasn't her dad I doubt she'd be working.
