This is usually a great store, but seems the shelfs are getting empty due to the supply chain crisis. So sad what is happening, now our pets are going to suffer.

Good selection but I wish they carried more products for senior dogs. The senior food selection is very slim. Grooming was good except when getting a full service for my dog, they forgot to trim his dewclaws. All the other claws were done and his hair cut was cute.

They were able to point me in the right direction that I needed for all four of my little dogs who have different eating choices and taste and I was able to get one bag that fit all your needs thank you PetSmart

Knowledgeable staff, well stocked. The poop station could be thoroughly cleaned though. And their Bettas kept on dying. In my third one in a week.

This location meets with my approval! Very welcoming and loving to my Rat Terrier Bitzy who loves people! I wish PetSmart would bring back the Dynamo Dog line of dog treats. (hip and joint, skin and coat) They worked.

I think this is a great place to adopt cats. I also buy my cats liter here.

Sadly my experience for the last couple years has been poorly stocked shelves. Like higher up the food chain those that are in charge of what the store has to offer are really missing out on potential sales. I've been very disappointed. When I have asked for things to be ordered (things they usually carry) I'm told it's all out of the stores hands, say I want a case of rabbit 44ounce top-fill water bottles, they cannot fill that order from the store. They can not even make a request to try and fill that order from within the facility. They direct you to try online, which sort of defeats the purpose of going to the store in the first place, but more importantly I had already been online and the search for said product only resulted in the item I wanted but wrong number of ounces, just an error message when looking for said appropriate number of ounces. Pet smart has not been smart about stocking or providing options. One good option would he to be able to place orders via sales rep assistance. This is just one of the many times there has been no selection available in this store ???? However on the upside the sales reps are nice and attentive while their hands are tied telling you they can't help ???? it's like a magic trick. They are there to help if only they were allowed/able to ???? and folks wonder why Amazon is Taking over retail everywhere. This is why folks, this is why.

Really need more kitty things. Treats, toys and everything else for kitties. The whole store is for dogs mainly.

This PetSmart location went above an beyond to help all my needs in what I was looking for an recommend me what I needed for my Furry little fella.

Even though it's a good place to find most pet stuff, I couldn't find any Christmas outfits for my dog to wear because her size ran out.

We hadn't been to Morro Bay for a couple of years and couldn't wait to have dinner at our favorite restaurant. We were not disappointed. There were four of us and we each had something different. Our friends are still commenting, a week later. Everything was delicious. We all just hope it doesn't take so long to visit again!

I love PetSmart. They are always very friendly to me and especially to my dog. They always have what I need in stock and their prices are reasonable enough.

We are taking the puppy training class here at PetSmart. The trainer is extremely helpful and we are learning a lot!

Love their dogfood selection. Most of the time their staff is helpful. Keep meaning to take the dogs for a visit.
