My daughter purchased a puppy 3 yrs ago. She paid $600.00 for a miniature pincher. Come to find out it is a chiweenie. Not a very trustworthy business. I wouldn't step foot in that establishment again.

Relied on the expertise of this hipster ran store for a project pond BAD IDEA. Spent over a hundred bucks on some koi that died the next day because I asked for a water conditioner that would remove the chlorine and help condition the water. The guy recommended a product said "it would totally condition the water and I could put the fish in the same day" wrong. They all must of had a horrible death and I blame the advice of the shop. Levels in the pond are close to zero, but we use cloramine and the product he sold me doesn't remove the amonia from our tap water up here. Great shop with lots of products so I give it a 2 but don't trust the help. Also what's up with the no military discount and the no first responder discount but only a teachers discount. Guess I should have dropped the 9 years of military service and countless years working on my EMT and fire fighters certificate and did an associate's in teaching snot nosed future employees of this store instead.

I use to love going to this place . This was truly the best pet store , but I went in recently . The staff was two young girls that were rude when I asked if they had a certain brand of dog food and then disappeared in the back . I ended up just walking out because they were in their own world . There was a horrible smell of the animals poop . They were sitting in dirty cages . The water for the fish tanks were so dirty that you could barely see the fish . I felt really bad for the animals and wish this place was under better care because it use to be amazing .

Awesome place! I've bought a few pets from them! Super helpful staff and a comfortable environment.

If you would prefer not going to chain stores, this is actually a better option for you. They have more fish than I have seen any other store. In fact I think the selection of everything is bigger than the local chain store.

This is my absolute favorite place to get all my pets needs from snakes to rabbits, turtles, bird fish dogs an so much more, love you guys...

It was my first time going there I'm from Fresno I like going to pet stores when I'm out of town working so I decided I stopped in when I found out that there was a store there and I really liked it they had a variety of stuff it's like I told the girl that was working there on the last day I was working here in this town I find a pet store but I'm glad I stopped in and purchase thank you

Knowledgeable about the snake we got and guided us through our decision. Enjoyed seeing all the fish, birds and reptiles. Like a day at the zoo, but got to bring something home! Will return for sure!

I have yet to get a healthy pet (a puppy with kennel cough and severely underweight and fish with ick.) from this store, the staff never greets you when you walk in or stop their conversation while ringing you up. I have spent multiple visits to this store entirely ignored which is unfortunate. I will say though the variety is actually pretty good for being a relatively small store, but overall the service is where it loses its charm. Hope to see some improvement soon!

I have to thank you!! I got the best feather friend EVER!! Bird and I were made for each other! I never thought in a million years a bird can change someone's life like the way it changed mine for the better! Thank you for the most amazing Bird!! Who sleeps with a bird besides me??

Dirty tanks and floors. Not yhe best environment for animals.

They have a great selection of fish and pet supplies but i went for frozen rats for my ball pythons they said they can order em so i had em order them for me when i went to pick em up they were short 1 they were half the size they were supposed to be and ridiculous expensive i paid over $50 for the right size where i usually go i spend $35 gor the size i got from them would be $18 so needless to say i wont be going back there for supplies for my snakes anymore

They gave me a sick rat twice now and they both died within 3-4 days of me getting them. There store alway is hot and really stinks.
