Sad to see they still require masks for everyone even based on health status. They did not let us in. Dexter's deli is a much better place. We even got free samples for our cats!

The sales associate was so helpful, genuinely took an interest in assisting me and showing me around the store. The store is so beautifully organized and has wonderful quality products. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing company! I mistakenly bought an item during a sale in the wrong color and needed to exchange the item. The sale ended but Muttropolis was kind enough to honor the sale price for an exchange even though the sale ended!

We were visiting friends from Scottsdale and needed a no pull harness. The very helpful clerk helped us find the right size and adjusted it to our pup. They have lots of good quality treats and pet food. Lots of fun toys and very helpful staff.

First time joining my mom and pup here! The costumes and outfits are so cute, the toys are so adorable and come in such a wide variety, and the ladies assisting us were so kind, patient, welcoming, and allowed us to try out the things we were unsure about.
