The staff at the clinic is always great. They are very efficient, informative, and professional. On the very rare occasions when an animal has had any problem at all after surgery (such as nausea), the clinic staff have been very responsive and quickly taken appropriate steps to help.

Amazing people... they go above and beyond. When other low cost/free neuter/spay clinics closed down for covid, they were amongst the very, very few who remained up and running. Bless them for truly caring for animals. Many other mobile clinics just set the pandemic excuse to go idle and giving no further info, these folks really give a hand to the stray cats out there. Too many poor little animals suffering in the alleys and streets and this clinic helps you help them.

Awe…The Simi Valley Spay & Neuter Clinic, a non profit outfit. They are wonderful and amazing! I’ve rescued multiple pets (cats and dogs) and this organization has helped me and countless others with low cos spay and neuter services for our pets. The also provide vaccines and rabies shots to those unable to pay vets that are sometimes out of the price range for these services. I highly recommend them and hope they are and continue to get adequate funding to further help us. My hats off to them as well as many thanks. From a satisfied and grateful customer.????

They come out to Palmdale and help with low cost spay and neuter. You must call on Sunday morning at 8am if you are in Palmdale to be called back. When they do call you back they will make an appointment for you to take your mixed breed dog in (or cat). I got my puppy neutered, a set of vaccines and 1st rabies shot. $50! Great place to take your pets to get spayed or neutered. I wish a person could answer the phone when you called, many questions could get answered or would be able to make appointments.

I appreciated the care and information with a friendly attitude. So thankful for their grant writing and fundraising so that there is an affordable option for spay and neuter.

Staff is friendly, professional, though overwhelmed with customers, taking time to explain and accommodate. Plus so affordable prices! We brought our kitten in carton box and they gave us their carrier box for free.Very pleased and appreciate Elisabeth’s and other staff members service!

It was great they really addressed my concerns . This is the second time I've used them and will again if the need arises.

Very caring. Took my frenchie in, dropped off at 8am, and was ready for pick up by 1pm. Had very lil discomfort. And no issues at all

The best price and quality work

This vet really cares about the animals. My cart was not eating and getting too skinny. Took her in and he told my she has to get 2 teeth pulled. I paid it and it was expensive. After the surgery he also gave us antibiotics, pain medication and some florida for her water dish. He followed up with a phonecall to check how she was doing and he even sent photos to my phone of her teeth before surgery was done so I could see why she was in so much pain. My cat has been with me for 18 years and she's family to me. I trust this vet and that's saying a lot.

Quick and friendly service. Financially very helpful and they will help you if you have any concerns or questions. 1 out of 2 of my kitties opened her incision and they were able to help me right away. They deserve to be funded so they could have a bigger space and a nicer area. Would recommend people to check this place out !

I can't afford the vet charge for my dog to be neutered. I begged this clinc that I needed it ASAP, I'd sent an email detailing what I needed. They refused to help me because 2 years ago I could afford the dog breed, but Covid has impacted mg income, hence why I reached out to them. They said they were only helping rescues, not purchased animals. ????Again, I had more $ in 2019, but living paycheck to paycheck for almost a f**king year. They've fixed my other animals before, but were of no assistance when I was in need. I'll never support or donate to this company. Never again.

Very quick in and out with reasonable prices. Only issue is my kitty ended up not eating for days and I had to take her elsewhere. They did not send us home with pain or antibiotic meds not even when I came back for a check up to make sure it wasn't due to infection. But they did give it in a shot but nothing to take home
