Rancho Sequoia Veterinary Hospital Simi Valley, California

I never had any problems with this Veterinary Hospital. They are always friendly and they do their best to take care of my pet. I have been going to them for years. Dr. Kang is a very passionate and caring Veterinarian.

They were amazing from the receptionist answering the phone to making the appointment to the day of filling out paperwork and welcoming us. The experience was the best and the doctor actually touched our dog and examined her! We are so happy with this vet!

Rancho Sequoia is the best place to bring your fur baby!!! They are always kind and gentle with my dogs. They took their time and spoke in sweet voices which helped my frighten dog calm down. They even offered him little treats. I would highly recommend them.

My pets have always taken ill on holidays. Never fails. Rancho Sequoia got us in Monday after the holiday, when other Vets were only accepting text messages and too busy to return your call. The staff was courteous and very concerned with my furbaby’s health. I highly recommend them! ????????❤️????

Wonderful facility. Staff is very kind and wait time was almost nothing. Dr. Kang is very attentive and remembered my little puppy from our last visit! Little things like that go a long way with making the client feel welcome!

I took my poodle here after all the vets and my usual one were full for almost 2 months! Check in took a little bit longer with checking paperwork, covid vaccine but I waited in my car during this so me and my furball could stay cool. I went on their website and their appointment system said 24 -48hrs they will get back to you. I was surprised to have a call the very next day. They had several vet assistants look at my little guy who had a hacking cough. They gave me medication and really took the time to see and help out my buddy. They did need a card on file to charge an amount that they say they refund or put towards your final bill. Overall clean room, one chair in there. And my pet is now all better from the medication yay!!

I go here to get my rabbits and hamsters seen dr is very informative and professional. The staff are kind and helpful. It’s a bit expensive for small animals but they do give quality service.

I have taken my new puppy to them and they were great with him. They were friendly, gentle, and we're very fast and took great care of him.

We took our dog to Rancho Sequoia to get a second opinion after a horrible experience at a different vet clinic. The staff and doctor at Rancho Sequoia were extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the best care of us and our beloved pet and were open and honest about his condition. We recently got a new pup member of the family and Rancho Sequoia will be her forever doctors office.

Our pets absolutely love them they are caring and compassionate. We have been with them about 6 years and we are so grateful to have them as our pets main provider.

We had an emergency with our dog and when all other places were booked until next month, the receptionist here was kind enough to listen to our situation and booked us the same day. Dr Kang was also knowledgeable and was very nice and explained things to us kindly. Thanks to them, our dog is feeling well now.

Caring people to treat your fur babies

Dr. Kang is great with my 2 dogs. I wouldn't take them to any other vet.

Took my dog in on August 25 for xrays and was told they were sending the xrays to a Radiologist and I'd hear back the following week. Long story short, I've called at least 5 times since then for an update and was told that the lab was backed up and it should be any day. When I called this past Thursday I was told that it was probably due to the holiday and I'd hear back for sure on Monday. The vet just called me and told me there was a mistake and the xrays actually didn't get sent out until the 9th of this month and they are hoping to get the results by midweek next week. Each time I've called I've been told different stories but now the truth comes out. Honestly I doubt any xrays were taken. We'll see if I do hear back next week. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Dr. Kang and his staff are very professional and nice as well. Office is clean, and efficient. I came here for my cat, and I feel the medical care is excellent. I will take my other animals here as well.

We are so happy with the service and care our dog receives from Dr Kang! Our dog is relaxed and happy to go to the vet now! Dr Kang is very knowledgeable, and it’s clear that he really cares about animals. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They also have very good safety practices for this new Covid world we live in that still accommodate customers wanting to be with their (sick) pets. We are so happy we found Dr Kang and Rancho Sequoia! We recently switch from another vet/animal hospital because after the original vet sold the business, we felt like the new vets only cared about how much they could bill you for during every visit, and our dog would get very anxious when we would take him there.

When I pull into the parking lot my dog knows where he is and gets so excited. The doctor and the staff are great. They listen to what you have to say. I highly recommend Rancho Sequoia Veterinary Hospital!!!
