I think Melissa is the Dog Wisperer!! Our Allie only deserves her special talk w people very close to her. When Melissa brought her home- Allie spoke. Allie was a very abused rescue. She doesnt do that with just anyone! This was her 1st walk.

I’ve had (Me AND Reggie) an extraordinary experience with Melissa, Will, Amanda & other staff over the last few years. I’ve utilized their services since 2016 & they’re ALWAYS above & beyond 10xs over. I’m disabled & first call I made to them was at 8pm the night before I needed urgent assistance to get me (& Reggie) to dr appt, first using their ‘pet taxi’ services when it was available. It was a tremendous help to me ongoing & NOW, having their assistance getting Reggie the exercise, long walks & adventures he needs & deserves that I’m unable to provide him at this time. But it’s NOT JUST WALKS that Melissa gives him, it’s love, patience, gentleness, & understanding as if he were her OWN pup & she’s taught me SO MUCH about him & sees little nuanced eye movements or expressions...Things I’ve noticed in him, of course, but she’s able to interpret them for me & helped me forge an even deeper understanding & connection w/him...I think our mutual favorite trait of his is when his tail wags upon her arrival, his entire backside sways & wags! She’s also taught me things from diet to ‘handling’! And of course, what’s more is I trust her (et al) with him... He’s nearly all I have in my small ‘housebound’ world & my ‘legal’ ESA & BFF. He’s saved the lives of two ppl in literal sense, both mine & a former landlord in immediate danger. But even if he wasn’t a hero, I’d never entrust him to just ‘anyone’ or ‘any service’, like most of us who love our critters. The company is so organized & professional w/easy to use online/email/billing interface(s). It’s straightforward & not cumbersome. And not that I’d mind, but Melissa (et al) is never late & has a BEAUTIFUL smile on her face-ALWAYS-no matter the task or surprises or changes in his/our needs that may arise-accommodating & flexible... As a side note, being isolated & homebound, it brightens my day to have her positive energy in the home even just for a few minutes. I think it helps me as much as Reggie! After their walks, he comes back with a HUGE smile & has fun stories to tell of his adventures. So you see, it’s not just a ‘service’ she (they) provides, it’s an increase in QUALITY OF LIFE both for HIM & for myself. She, Will & Amanda are PRICELESS GEMS...I cannot recommend this company enough!

THE BEST! I have used many dog boarding facility's, but my dog always came back sick and nervous. Cuddle Bear is by far the most convenient and reliable service I have found. They will help with house chores like watering plants, that's a big plus for long vacations. Best of all, I come home to happy healthy pets.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! THE BEST PET SITTERS IN SF VALLEY! I have DISABLED PUPS and they we certified to care for them. My pups were fed, brushed, played with, evacuated (pee and poo), diapered, given fresh water... then given reports with pics! VERY AFFORDABLE.

I have had Cuddle Bear visit my dogs for a couple months a few times a week. They are communicative, reliable, and professional. Melissa fit me in on very short notice today, too! My little dog attacks and bites walkers or most people that try to take him out of the house. He attacked Melissa's shoe and bit her the first day she tried. She is now able to leash him to get him into yard. ????????????

Cuddle Bear Pet Care are life savers! I live 2 blocks away from The Best Little Cat House and would never take my cats there. My cats get to stay in their own home, warm, safe and not scared with strange people and other strange animals. Cats are more difficult to transport, and with a geriatric cat on daily meds, you can count on Cuddle Bear to take great care of their special needs. I don't know what I would do without them!

Used Cuddle Bear Pet Care when my family and I went on a vacation to New York. One of our friends usually watches our animals when we are out of town, but they could not do it. We look online for a few different companies and found Melissa from Cuddle Bear Pet Care in Simi Valley. She was so wonderful to talk to and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the animals. After our conversation we did not call any more companies, we hired her on the spot and she came out for our 30 minute consultation. When we returned from our trip, our dog and cat were as happy as can be! Very fortunate we found her.
