This place is really great. Our trainer, Patrick, is extremely knowledgable, attentive and is great at adjusting things when a dog might struggle to learn something for the first time. He's also excellent at making sure each dog gets time and attention, even in groupl classes. The space is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our dog absolutely loves going to class evey week and does not stop wagging his tail the entire time he's there. I couldn't reccomend this place more.

We started bringing our dog here in December for obedience and agility training and we couldn't be happier! The trainer is very kind, patient and knowledgeable and the facility is always immaculate. Our dog has an amazing time every class - especially agility as he wags his tail throughout the entire class! He has already learned so much and we are looking forward to taking him through the entire program.

We LOVE coming to Zoom Room Dog Training in Sherman Oaks!! Comet has come up from Obedience 1 to Agility 3 and he has so much fun!! All the trainers are friendly, patient, observant and helpful. He has learned a lot and come a long way. The place is clean and organized and we are well socially distanced. We look forward to trying out the tricks class too!!

The Zoom Room classes have been helpful not only for my puppy but for myself, so I understand how to properly train at home after classes. One of the trainers, Savannah, is absolutely amazing - super helpful and patient. We look forward to taking more of her classes!

All the instructors bond with your "child" in a way that you feel comfortable working with them. Quality teachers!

I am so glad we found Zoom Room!! My pup loves the puppy classes we have been attending and he is doing great learning all the skills. The trainers truly care about the dogs. We've had the pleasure of working with all of the trainers and they are all great! I love that the classes are small and trainers can help each of us when needed. Everyone is very friendly. The pups seem to really love it!

I have been taking my puppy to the Zoom Room in Sherman Oaks and have been very pleased with the experience. The facility is great. The trainer is knowledgeable and friendly. The opportunity to socialize my dog is so valuable and Zoom Room offers classes that allow the dogs to play with each other which is a lot of fun. The online system is well designed and easy to use. I highly recommend Zoom Room to anyone interested in helping their dogs become well-adjusted and more obedient.

We started taking our to puppy preschool at Zoom Room when he was a little over two months old. We were comforted to know Zoom had a strict vaccination policy. Kona greatly enjoyed puppy preschool, especially the end of class when he got a chance to play with other puppies. We recently took Kona to a puppy agility class and it was so much fun, for both of us! The trainers are really great, especially Savannah! We look forward to keeping bringing Kona to Zoom Room!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have went with the bad reviews on this place, HORRIBLE training services, HORRIBLE customer service. After being unhappy with the service provided by their trainer I requested a refund for a purchase of trainings Diego refused to refund the pro-rated amount as stated on their website. As I spoke to Diego on the phone he yelled at me and berated me like I was a child. He refused to listen to my concern and kept yelling over me. Then he said I can return for training services but not get my refund. Why on earth would I want to go back for services after being yelled at? I requested the email and contact information to his superior (the ceo) because I am aware they are independently owned franchises. He insisted their was no CEO because he was the owner of the company. When I mentioned the actual CEOs name Mark Van Wye he suddenly was too busy to speak to me and hung up on me. Horrible service. I love zoom room and my biggest regret is not finding them sooner! I've got a 1 year old husky who has been going through both obedience and agility classes. I'm so glad they off agility classes as this is much harder to find! The pass system is also very nice and works with my busy schedule, allowing me to book when is convenient for me. I would highly recommend them for their friendly and informative staff.

We love Zoom Room! The trainers are so patient and professional. We've been to the Obedience class as well as Agility 1. For Obedience, they work with your dog at his/her level. I love that we don't have to come back for a series but can drop in at any time. Our dog learns by watching other dogs who might be more advanced, so that was great. We also love Agility because she has ENERGY. It's great for her brain development to figure out how to do the obstacles. I'd recommend classes to anyone.

My puppy was fearful of other dogs. He would pee himself, retreat with his tail between his legs, and snap at other dogs when they approached. Within 30 minutes at his first Zoom Room puppy playtime, he totally conquered his fears and was running around with the other puppies. The transformation was miraculous. I credit a safe space, with trainer oversight, and plenty of age appropriate playtime buddies for this remarkable shift. My puppy was able to explore at his own pace, in ways that made him comfortable instead of overwhelmed. I tried socializing him with adult dogs on walks and with a friend's dog. Those experiences did more harm than good. If you have a puppy, do him/her a favor and go to Zoom Room. 5 stars for puppy playtime alone!

I've been taking my puppy since he got he was vaccine eligible to this location for group classes and he loves it! We are grateful to have learned commands like sit, down, settle, wait, stay, and heel. The most important one, his recall, saved us multiple times as he has run off in our apt building and it was the only way to get him to come back. Would recommend trying this training out!

My doggie is learning all sorts of great obedience at Zoom room!!!

I’ve been bringing my nine week old puppy to zoom room classes for about a week and am loving it! My puppy was quite shy at first, and the staff recommended I take him to a playgroup they have just for shy puppies - great idea! He’s come out of his shell so quickly, and is now getting much needed positive socialization in this critical period. Trainers are available to talk through any and all questions or issues - I have even called for help answering questions outside of class and have received wonderful advice. Looking forward to many more great classes as my puppy grows! Highly recommend!

My husband, 13-year-old son, and I have learned SO MUCH about dog behavior and how to have a wonderful relationship with our new puppy. The Zoom Room trainers have been very responsive to any/all questions in class - even if they are not being taught for that specific session, and our puppy has learned very quickly. I would highly recommend Puppy Preschool for new pups - both for training and early obedience. Love the Zoom Room!

Zoomroom is a fantastic spot to grow your own training knowledge and give great real-world experience to your pup! We started with our puppy in obedience and socialization classes and have committed to going weekly to keep up the progress and try new classes! The facilities are great--full of awesome training rewards and lots of knowledgable staff. Very thankful for the great tips we've learned from the instructors and the big gains we've seen in public and at home!

Zoom Room has been invaluable for my 60# 7 month old puppy Finn. Diego, the owner, is so knowledgeable regarding dogs & recommended the appropriate classes for my puppy. We started out in puppy classes for socialization. We are now doing private training classes with Patrick for addressing specific issues. Patrick is unbelievable- he really understands dogs & is able to convey to this dog mom how to deal with issues of concern!

Very positive experience for me and my dog. I suggest their classes for anyone who has a puppy. It helps socialize them, they get good exercise and best of all they train you to train your dog.

We got our first puppy and needed somewhere safe to take him to begin his training and social skills. The folks at Zoom Room are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. We go every week!

One of the best puppy schools I’ve been too. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great knowledge of training and products. However my favorite thing about this zoom room is the variety of classes they offer! Highly recommend.

No parking at all. Meters on the street and full in the back. This typically wouldn't warrant a one star review, except that they keep scheduling too many appointments at one time. Also its very small...too small for more than 8 medium dogs and maybe 10 to 15 SMALL puppies. No social distancing or even personal space for dogs and owners. I found out that in order to use their 350 square foot room for play time, you have to be enrolled in one of their expensive classes...then you have to pay for the play room to use it. There is only one room for all their classes and that's the 350 square foot room. I would think with all their locations and the amount of money they charge they would invest in a bigger location.

Love taking my pup here. My pup has been taking agility training here, and enjoys it very much. Not only does he learn agility but also gets lots of practice of obeying commands with other distractions around. Plus the staff is great

Love this place! Although I’m eager to get to Puppy 2 (she doesn’t have all her shots yet) it’s extremely helpful! The trainers are always willing to answer questions and they pay attention to what the puppies are having trouble with and focus on that. Puppy play time is great to get the energy out and prepare for the dog park! Highly recommend :)
